  • As allways your single person drills are superb. That teaches a lot of things in one short sequence. Love the way you show the whole bosy coiliong - ever so slightly but visibly. I guess it can be very subtle almost without weight, and it can also impact like a steamhammer. Thanks for posting

  • @blacksilkblacksilk Thanks glad you like the vid. The subtle coiling does give you a solid feeling for whole body movement and you can make it light as a feather or solid like an anvil falling. ;)

  • Sweet share, sir! Thank you =D! Another drill that I can practice w/ my Bagua training. I'm currently taking a Muay Thai class this semester, & Ba Gua definitely helps in a lot of the transition to the hard art =3.
