It's a GI Joe with a custom headscupt that resembles Harrison Ford. I got it about 10 years ago, and used the pieces from the Hasbro Indy figure to finish it off.

I bought both the Hasbro 12" Versions when they came out. However, this version of Indy is a custom I put together using a GI Joe body, and the clothes from one of the Hasbro figures.

not bad compared to the crap other ppl do. i like it. what kind of timing are you running it on? 3s? 5s? ive found running on 2s provides fairly smooth animation.

I shoot at 12 frames per second. At the risk of demonstrating my ignorance: I have no idea what you mean by 3s, 5s and 2s... :-(

oh, its cool, dont worry about it. i do 2D animation. if youre running on 2s it means that(at 30 frames/second) youre doing 15 pictures in a second. that means that one picture is on the screen for 2 frames. if youre running on 3s youre doing 10 pictures per second. running on 5s is 6 pictures per second. less pictures means jerkier animation, more pictures is smoother animation. the reason for 2s(15pix), 3s(10pix) and 5s(6pix) is that they divide into 30fps equally.
