  • That's pretty intense, I'm gonna do a form of that modified once I can start going to the gym when I'm 16 (I'm only 15). I'm gonna do dips, go straight to pull-ups, do leg-raises, and do incline bench max reps with just the bar.

  • A little advice grrthetree, I've been training for 9 years, 4 of those years without a gym, don't bother benching with an empty bar, or at all. Push-ups are way better for you and give you way more functional stength as do pull-ups. You don't even have to get a gym membership, buy a pull-up bar for home and you can build strength/endurance/cardio through bodyweight exercises alone. Fuck the gym. Search "bodyweight exercises" or "workouts" here or on google and you'll find lots of sample workouts
