A non-exclusive, parent-driven enterprise of the kind set out here clearly sets the agenda for higher standards, pupil aspiration and achievement clearly lacking in our current system and the bureaucrats who drive it. As Toby Young suggest, all schools can benefit. Let's hope an educational chain-reaction can be set off later this year.
