Im a fan of both bands (more metallica, but they are more easier to listen to imo), but Les would not of suited metallica, his style is too different and wacky for thrash metal

would be cool if he done a few songs with them live or something (like metallica seem to be doing now, having mustaine etc. play a few songs with them)
