  • yea i no but thiers day i'm layed up say 4 weeks when i get back spasams but yea by seeing me i'm even gratful i can do it and dose not look like any problem i no .but i no my limtaions and recovery and how i feel after lol thanks e best to you always

  • @EenterE thanks e my movement is good i glad my toe joint replacement went awsome .and kneee dont hurt and the toe of choures i get other done next month AND INJECTS FOR BACK IS MESSED UP MAN 4 DEGENERTIVE DISC L3 L4 L5 S1 AND HERNIA ON EACH LUCKYYYYYYYY ME LOL
