I know one of them. If you pause at 4:36 and focus on the big purple heffalump on your right close to the bottom of the screen. Right below his trunk is a hidden Mickey. It's kinda upside down and hard to see in this video but there it is :D

One of my personal favorite things about this ride is that you can find the three heads from country bear jamboree in the ride
