Government denies UFO's exist, but they had over 700 unidentified object's the military can't explain......They don't pose a threat to National security, They just don't know what it is or where it came from, or if it will ever be back.
How hard is it to believe? There are billions of stars and planets and galaxy out there besides ours. There are bound to be other living races out there just like ours ....

Aliens will be announced when they use it as an excuse for the final unification, to create a one world government. After all, it's what we all have in common, Earthling!

Hysteria...that's the assumption..but aren't there surveys showing half the world believe aliens exist anyway? Given the information age and all that I honestly don't think it's gonna make a difference. If you believe aliens exist you believe it no matter what the government says and if you believe in conspiracy you're gonna say the government isn't telling the whole truth even when it says there're aliens. Some may even think it's a conspiracy to say aliens exist so what is "truth"?
if there was 100% proof of alien intelligent life forms making contact with us, yes it would cause hysteria, people will wonder what their agenda is? are they peaceful or hostile? what can we do if they turn hostile, religion will turn upside down for some people, it would be a global change for everybody and cause mass hysteria in a lot of people that are not ready to accept something like alien life forms coming to earth.
But isn't what you said exactly the line the government took for hiding the truth? I think if you want the government to tell the truth you have to have something more than "we deserve the truth." If the hysteria hypothesis is what the government uses to "protect us" it's up to you to debunk it to get the truth. No?

I am trying to see things from the governments point of view, but i think the government should prepare the public one step at a time for the truth instead of keeping it from us. Nah...I think what's gonna happen is that the government would come out with the truth and life goes on. If we have to assume the govenment knew we have to assume they've had contact with the aliens which also means if they were hostile something bad would have happened long ago. I think people will be too musy trying to figure out how best to make more money out of this alien hype just like anything else.

As contentious and devisive as this issue is, every president since Truman has had the opportunity to step forward and to personally assure the citizens of this country that we have not had contact with extraterrestrials(or interdimensionals...whatever) and to release relevant investigative information to the public. None has chosen to do so. Why not end the controversy? WHY???

And that in all these years none of these people even on deathbed have broken ranks and revealed the truth to the press or others who could disseminate the information. The military commanders have at their disposal more than enough power to overwhelm any opposition by some secred Gov't Black Ops at the base. Either this is a viable scenario, or the Joint Chiefs themselves are part of the coverup. But are you saying that they would murder a president rather than allow this to happen?
