solution is u need pc companion

1 click support zone

2 go to phone software updated and click start and click repair phone

3 for connect phone and press power and menu button ur mobile is restart

4 press back button to connect

5 follow the instruction on screen

6 after completing update restart phone. tada...... back to 2.1........

@Anshul221189 Thank bro..i have a same problem,but not one of video to desolve this problem, coz phone just reboot, cannot connect to pc companion.
