Quite simply one of the worst boss battles ever made for a game. It's extremely long, mega boring, and gives you almost no sense that you're killing the guy, therefore making it not fun in any way. It's terrible: Running from him and jumping into turrets and moving back and forward to blow up the floating bombs he throws at you is just tedious, and when you finally kill him, you just feel relieved the boredom is over. This is where Insomniac made a huge mistake.

K im now at the level where theres FUCKing ProtoPets runnin' around ripping the robots apart. Oh and I beat this guy with my second try. Anyone notice in the english version, the Thug Leader in this level has a lower voice? Steven Jay Blum rlly did good with the Thug Leader!

Do you mean that full steel outfit? i have that one. i completed this game 4 or 3 times... this boss is the strongest boss, with teh R.Y.N.O. II its impossible to hit it, the bullets go between his legs... You've done this one nice.
I hav carbonox armor 2, and if u go on a building, den shoot da boss with ryno 2 then u can take away quite a bit of his hp.BTW im on my 3rd way thru da game(started in challenge mode again just yesterday cus i didnt play the game for ages then beat it twice).
this boss is easy if you know the hiding place. if you wlak to the ends, i never remember wich one, youll find a small room to wlka ion, go there and hell never be able to shoot you, and hell keep standing there, but you can shoot him, it takes more time but its the easiest way :D

lol, i never use the turret things, i completed the first 3 games a couple of times. With this boss i mostly use RYNO2 and the long distance weapons.

No. It's a powerful blast that kills every enemy on the screen. 1 ammo costs 10,000 bolts! It's useless against bosses.
