  • I think I was there that same night, JockRonayne. I saw them there too. What a top night and I was pretty hammered too. Ahh the good old days!

  • Is this the band Vegemite Reggae who used to play pretty regularly in Newcastle (Adamstown?) in the early-mid 80s? Did great covers of Third World songs. Are there any more of their stuff on you tube?

  • LOL, my three minutes of fame.... I jumped up with these guys on stage at The Jungle Room in Penrith and they gave me the mic to sing Night Boat to Cairo...Problem was, I was so fucking hammered, I couldn't remember shit, so I just stage dived outta there and the mob spread like the fucking red sea before Moses and I hit the dance floor like a bag of shit...They were a fucking good gig though!!!

  • my dad is the piano player how fucking funny

  • @williamheaney1 I grew up with your dad at Merewether. I remember hi older brother Richard played a mean guitar. How is your dad these days? He'll remember me, I was the guy who broke his neck playing football for south Newcastle.

  • MY DAD'S IN THIS!

  • This is probably the most faithful to the original...and I love it! One of my favorites from the show.
