    How'd you know?

  • do you soak your hickory chunks

  • love your channel... you and jesse b are voice twins ... lol.. ;)

  • im hungry as shit thanks to yall lol

  • Brown sugar slathered on them automatically doesn't make them authentic Memphis style. A little in the rubs alright but pouring it on makes them wet ribs bc of carmelization.

  • im hungry as fuuuuuck

  • hey BarbecueWeb, i got an idea on making Deleware Style BBQ Chicken

  • I love 9:10, "You smell that?...... It smells GHOOOOOD"

  • 12 people caught their house on fire

  • I feel tons manlier just by listening to this.

  • @CarlosIsDown LMFAO

  • It all looks good to me. I have a Brinkmann Smoke 'N Grill Charcoal Smoker and Grill the cheep one. Can i smoke them on both racks? Or should you just do 1 rack at a time? I have to keep haveing to add charcoal to mine, am i doing something wrong? Thanks Love your videos!

  • GOOD LOOKING RIBS MMMMMMMMMMMMM....

  • sounds like the narrator from Dukes of Hazard. Loved watching this video! Making me some ribs now!

  • Awesome!! Absolutely mouth watering!! Thanks man!!

  • I've done one or two of your rib recipees, but they didn't quite work out. I think my thermometer (an oven thermometer) stopped working properly and didn't give me the right read of the temperature... either that or doing these recipees on a gas grill is different.

  • @madwiebe - you will definitely not achieve the same results using a gas grill. You will not get the same smoky, wood flavor with gas.

  • what kind of chunk is this you are putting from time to time. it might be normal in america but here in greece we dont know from this things......

  • @ProjectMaelstrom Probably a hickory or mesquite chunk. I prefer apply or peach wood myself but it works either way.

  • @ProjectMaelstrom He says hickory,

  • adopt me as well?!

  • I love you.

  • This guy is the f***in master

  • @6:35 looks like he shook off most of the brown sugar and rub he just put on ! LOL ! Slow down man ! He ! He !

  • just cooked our ribs following your memphis recipe,.....INCREDIBLE!!! I grill year round in the middle of wisconsin, sometime -20 degrees, watched you grill bacon wrapped sausage in the snow.....YOU DA MAN!!!

  • What a mouthwatering presentation! Nice and laid back too!

    And the result: YUMMY!!!

  • bahahaha omg these look so bomb! i just wish i had a doobie.... <3

  • I just jizzed

  • I do Texas style ribs & I want to say that this was well entertaining & I have adopted a few things to my ribs from this video. BTW, I too do Voice Overs & the presentation was "Top Drawer". Who was the VO Guy?

  • I've put on 10lbs just watching this oooowweeee.

  • Great looking ribs but did you cut them on the same cutting board that had the raw meat?

  • @RyzynSunn Up to 11 now, more likely some ultra-liberal tree-huggin' overly "green" veggies on their way to some protest nobody gives a flying fuck about.

  • @RyzynSunn plz dun say..i am muslim and i wish i cud have this (with lamb LOL)

  • who could possibly dislike this...YOU"RE F***ED IN THE HEAD!!!

  • I love the BBQ Pit Boys. I tried all theyre recipes. Delicious!!!!

  • Hello, please, which brand of grill you are using? Thank you!

  • @peak60723 its a weber kettle 22.5

  • Great video!! Keep 'em commin!!!!

  • Hey Mr BBQ pit. Question for you, would REALLY appreciate an answer.

You cook them for about 4 hours in there...Did you ever add more charcoal? Does the charcoal not die off after 2 hours? If you dont add any and your charcoal stays warm enough, what kind do you use?

I use Kingsford briquettes, but they usually die after a couple hours, and I cant find anything that lasts longer

    Thanksm, great vid

  • @vvbn7890 He already had unlit coals in the grill then simply added hot coals on the top. I've done this before and it actually extends the cooking time, but I usually only get a little over 3 hours.

  • what's wrong with "smoke coming out fo the stack?"

  • I find this difficult to masturbate to...

  • @JiggityJigBox your one piece of shit

  • This is my favorite way to make ribs. You won't need sauce using a Memphis Rub it's that good.

  • Great video my friend! I just finished perfecting my St. Louis style ribs several months to dial it in how I liked the flavor after watching your video. Now you give me Memphis style ribs and several more months of practicing before I can add it to the special section on the catering menu! Love the video's!

  • IM DROOLINGG

  • ahh im so hungry really good recipe i got to make this

  • IT'S GOO-

  • BBQ GOD!

  • I upped the ante on this recipe. After cooking, i left in the fridge over night, split each bone section and then cooked over a very hot charcoal grill flame for about 10 minutes adding a nice char-grilled black on each rib. Best spare ribs I've ever had hands down. By the way, the BBQ Pit Boys memphis rub recipe is incredible. I only added ground cumin seeds. Happy eating !!!

  • fuck that looks good

  • This is a very simple recipe. Thanks Boyz. I tried your recipe and it was my first time smoking meat...ever. Let me just say...my husband loved it, and he thanked me later...(hee-hee). You can't tell me food isn't the way to a man's heart. Your recipies are absolutely wonderful, and for a minimal cooking type of person, even I can do it. Lots of love Boyz!!

  • youtube doesn't need any other bbq videos. This guy is all we need.

  • These vids are great.. loved the one where your all out chilling around the pit, cooking meat, throwing axes and what a cool caravan..!

Where abouts do you guys live in the States.??

  • These vids are great.. loved the one where your all out chilling around the pit, cooking meat, throwing axes and what a cool caravan..!

Where abouts do you guys live in the States.??

  • Damn i'm hungry!

  • Can I live with you?

  • I use that pork rub all the time...excellent..and the new apple dry rub is really good by McCormicks..

  • @medina41 I usually make my own rub. But last week I bought some McCormicks apple dry rub for some ribs and they turned out awesome. That is some good rub.

  • @strandedinidaho Great!!! Did them ribs smell good or what..Im gonna mix the two together...I also steam the babyback in the oven for 2 1/2 hrs. in the oven and add Cherry DR. Pepper on the bottom of the pan..then finish on the grill..

  • Man just stop!!! You guys got it! There is no competition!!!

  • I love you BBQ Pit Boys!

  • Anyone dislike this they should eat glass!

  • Adopt me please ?

  • corny music, lol

  • This dude should run for president .

  • mayby u can stuff the rib between the ribs and the membrane:P

  • I see you got yourself a new blade. Nice!

  • your like a tinfoil ninja

  • omfg that looks tender

  • My question is why the Pitmaster has chosen a store bought rub when he has his very own rubs at his disposal??!!

  • @Thiscatsgotclaws one of the great things about barbecue is that there are a lot of excellent rubs, spices and sauces out there to check out. Like Tango spices. And, sometimes it's just plain cheaper to use an off the shelf rub if you factor in the time it takes to make your own.

  • what knife is that u use none of my kitchen knive cut through meat that easy

    kind regards

  • Excess meat? There's never too much meat!!!

  • Excellent recipe as always!

I personally however never trim up my side ribs. I just keep all that fat and extra meat hanging off the bony side just the way it is, I even keep the membrane on. I just like to keep it all and just let it melt away and tenderize low and slow.

  • i wonder wher they live its beautiful there

  • do you have a restaruant i want some of everything you make

  • HMMMMM IT'S GUWD

  • @STEVET0DAO

    hahahahaha
