MIss Francis seems to have worn a favourite piece of jewellery in every scene, the diamond heart necklace, does anyone know if it was a family piece or a gift from her husband.It obviously meant a lot to her because its even worn under other pieces.Abrilliant video Sara! The diamond necklace was a gift from her husband. The sad part is that it was stolen from her in her later years. I believe the story is she was mugged getting out of a cab in NYC in front of her home.

When we were home we watched Arlene on her Home show, which was also fun (and we listened to Dorothy and her husband Dick on their radio show every morning on WOR radio in NY). RIP Arlene!
