i dont know if half of you are serious about some of these comments (besides the obvious ones), but a bear who was taken in since birth does not know anything of the wilderness or the outside habitat. Whatever environment it grew in, it considers it's home, because that's how it grew up to know whats normal.

how far animal instinct stretch (and animals do have some animal instincts at birth), only truly kicks in the sense of agony and danger when it is out of it's niche.

Hard to keep as a pet as the size and power, and difficulty understanding the difference between itself and other people, make it dangerous. OK FIRST OF ALL she is in a controled park, second she is there cus her mother rejected her so on fears of her not surviving now the zoo keepers take care of her... and bears dont usually go and play to the nature for the first months they stay with their mom in a safe place. And thanks to the global warming the natural enviroment for polar bears is changing making polar bear an endangered specie, soo if you wanna keep them in nature (wich would be awesome) STOP POLLUTING
