  • Lunges kill!! We have to do those in soccer practice all the time. =P Might try out the sit ups.

  • I remember I have a friend from the Australian army and he told me about a full body crunch that just works wonders on your abs. The first excercise reminded me of that, except there was one difference. His was when you keep your upper body and leggs off the ground, and pull them into each other without touching the ground. The women in this seemed to do an easier version of this.

  • the first one works really good, you can feel it right away if you do it right. i've been listening to 4 songs (4 min each) every day 7 times a week, and ive lost 13 pounds (im on week 3)

    I did sit-ups to some fast song for about 4weeks and noticed the top of my tummy was much harder and stronger. x
