  • I remember once driving down a road and seeing 2 timbers walking across a field about a 1/2-3/4 of a mile away, they were so big I actually thought they were deer until I got close enough to see they were wolves. Such majestic animals

  • this is a good song but a more appropriate one would be canis lupus

  • way is that wolf chained to a pole thats wrong

  • fuck the earth

  • wolves kick ass. i have always wanted to be a wolf or a werewolf.

  • The two opposing lifestyles. I think we should set up traps (not dangerous ones--I do NOT condone using bear traps to drive off wolves) and keep them from our livestock, but in return we should leave some creatures for the wolves. The problem with the world today isn't polution, it's poor thought.

Is technology bad? That's not for me to decide. What we should be asking isn't how to get rid of this curse, but how to use it to save the world. Man has power. Let's use it for a good cause!

  • I'm going to say this, and know that I love wolves, and it hurts me to see them in their situation.

Wolves are animals. Humans are animals. I know that wolves need cattle, but at the same time so do we. We aren't the victims of Capitalism, the wolves are. We need money, which wolves cannot give us, but what would you have us do? Without some form of trading system, we would wind up in chaos. Wolves have their own system. It doesn't work anything like ours. The only way is to separate...

  • QUE BONITO VIDEO

  • ottimo

  • I love a wolfs! Nice video. Thank you.

  • What morons who think they are one with wolves...lol mental cases...emotional fluffy minded people glorifying and mystifying the wolf...you shame the Steppenwolf music playing it on your sight. emotionally unstable people with half a view of life and the world.

  • Rock you caddle tramples wolves and you killed off all there prey so you want them to starve or be shot how would you like to be in that posision you can let your family die or let your family die

  • @ChristheAussie

How old are you? Holly crap kid, you need to buy a clue!

  • @Rockholm66 Stop spreading your hatred under every video about wolves, you stupid, dumb, hunter.

Why do you hate wolves so much? Because they kill, for food, your "game animals" so you can't kill all of them for fun?

Wolves are hunters, just like you. The only difference is that they hunt for food, you hunt for fun, because you are a sick f*ck who enjoy killing animals. Live with it...

Also, your website is so funny. Full of missinformation and hatred. Is that all you hunters know to do?

  • jejejejeejej

  • jejeje

  • wow, pure genius. pure power... Wolves and Steppenwolf

  • Would they bite if you went to touch one (its not injured) in an open field? Because I know they bite if they are injured.

  • well you aren't going to be able to touch one in an open field that's not injured or dead. So no worries about what WOULD happen if you could.

  • IS IT GONA BE A HARD WINTER??

  • Lol i love how everyone goes to Wikipedia to go copy and paste wolf facts for there video.

  • bunch a tree huggin idiots, wait till you go camping in yellowstone and a wolf carries off and eats your children ,will they be so majestic then al gore tree huggers.

  • @cavalley1

You sound barely educated. If you knew a thing about wolves you would know that they do not attack humans unless they feel threatened. You're the coward spreading fear propaganda.

  • Lol @ pic on 0:50 ..haha lovely little one :-D he's going to be a true leader

  • They're so majestic. Sarah Palin deserves to be burned at the stake for authorizing the aerial killing of these magnificent creatures.

  • The 1958 film "The Vikings" shows Ernest Borgnine jumping into a wolf pit. Let her do that.

  • wolves rock their awesome

  • wolves and foxes- gods most amazing creatures

  • i fully agree, i love them both.

  • Very cool. Thanx.

  • Such a beautiful, noble animal. Governor Palin of Alaska supports the most horrific, cowardly practice of aerial gunning of these beautiful animals. We need to stop her, now, from committing this atrocity.

  • i can't believe your comment has been here for 3 months and i'm the first to give it a + . :(

  • I bet that if planet Earth could speak it would say "No, the problem is not the wolves or other animals, I have always been at peace with them. The problem is the human animal. Cutting my trees, poisoning my atmosphere. Dumping toxins into my oceans. The problem is that there are too many greedy humans."

  • Amen to that, but humans are too righteous and selfish to realize their faults and come up with any excuse to justify their rather messed up actions.

  • Right. Correct.

  • Dam right m8!

  • @ShenKuei1987 I agree with you Shen, the animals are not the ones causing this we are. We are the ones cutting the trees and pushing the wolves out of their natural homes. They are doing what they need to survive and nothing more. Humans on the other hand are greedy we want more and more even though we have plenty to live happily. Wolves are almost extinct because of our actions not theirs, i wish there was a way for farmers to live with the wolves not kill them for their own gain.

  • @ShenKuei1987 yea I think mother earth would be quite pissed if she could speak:( people are too greedy.

  • @ShenKuei1987 "And especially the hypocritical youtube commenters who think they don't contribute to world pollution; even though the very electrical energy they are using to post their stupid fucking comments pollutes the world."

  • @ShenKuei1987 i 100% agree

  • Winter Severity and Wolf Predation on

  • Hunter harvest 57% of elk mortality. Wolves 7%.

  • A mountain with a wolf on it stands just a little taller.

  • TWIN FALLS -- State officials say wolves in Idaho have killed more than 300 cattle, sheep and dogs so far in 2008.

The 325 reported kills through late November is 47 more than in all of 2007.

Steve Nadeau, large carnivore coordinator with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, says wolves in the last two years have tended to move onto private land.

He says the biggest problem area stretches across the middle of the state, from Weiser to Fairfield to Salmon.

  • Wolves killed 300 cattle? And how many cattle have humans killed to make burgers? Billions. Sure, humans eat meat too but to point fingers at wolves for eating meat for survival is different than selling meat to make profits. Wolves are animals. Fences and imaginary borders are meaningless to animals. Animals function to the ways of Mother Nature better than MOST humans do. Animals don't create pollutions to harm Mother Nature, for example.

  • Okay retard. The idea you argue how many cattle were killed for burgers? Its simple. First a person purchases a cow, has it bread, care for the cow through pregnancy, and after she calves, raise the calf for a year, and then sells it. Not a hard concept, is it? The owner has absorbed the cost, and reaps the reward. Another word for it is CAPITOLISM. The wolves deplete the ranchers capitol.

  • Eating meat for survival is DIFFERENT than selling meat to make profits.

  • Let me understand you. If a human being eats your profit would you kill the human being? I guess you don't value animal lives. You just value profit. Wolves probably do not even know the concept of cattle ownership. They see cattle, they are hungry, they do what they always have done to survive.

  • You are a retard. The cattle is my property, I sell some of them for profit. Where the hell do you get your money? You are an idiot. No I wouldnt kill the human, the human is my customer.

  • @ShenKuei1987 This sounds like an immature sheltered vegan hippie conversation. Theres only one thing to ask yourself. Wolves are creatures fighting for survival. So are humans. If you value a wolves life more than a humans life, would you let a wolf eat you in the wild if you had a gun and could kill it? Also, if a wolves life is valuable, why is a cattles not? How many dead bugs are on the front of your car after a drive on a summer night?

  • @Rockholm66 first of all she dosnt think that second get a god dawm heavy fence I mean you could afford the cattle so why not protect them plus if they get past just us airsoft on em or even shoot flares or shot that gun in the air your only to kill them when they attack you PERIOD.

  • @Rockholm66 I disagree with you, yes you are making money from your cattle and if a wolf kills one of your cattle you lose money, i too and a farmer. But who was there first you and your cattle? or the wolves? They get pushed out of their land, their normal prey gets pushed away and replaced with fat lazy animals in fenced in areas. If you where in the wolves place what would you do if you where starving, chase a rabbit...or a fat lazy cow? I DO NOT think im a wolf but i do respect them.

  • @Keirax323

Wrong again nit whit. There is a classic example of this in North Idaho. The Rathdrum Prairie was home to thousands of Wintering Elk, and Deer. Some Genius decided the farming practice didn't fit their environmental agenda. Soon the Farmer was forced to sell his seed operations one, by one. Now the entire valley is filled with homes, and people like you. This was vital habitat lost by the greed of the loony Enviro-Whacko's.You have no Idea what you are talking about, period!

  • @Rockholm66 lol thats all i can say to you is lol, i am not a "Loony Enviro-whacko" I hunt, i farm, but i respect the animals at the same time if that makes me

"Whacko" then so be it, its better than being ignorant like your self and the many others who think they are better than every other living being on the earth. Theres a difference between respecting the animal and being a "whacko". I hope you have a good day.

  • @Keirax323

You sure side stepped that one, didn't you?

  • @Keirax323

I have a wolf pup that's about 7 months old. Thanks for the video.

  • Despite the fact that the wolf is responsible for 1% of total losses. I'm sorry but the loss to wolves is insignificant.

  • Wrong again, Jack ass!

  • Nice come back... not. And before you start spurting insults once more please refer to the YouTube Community Guidelines for information regarding conduct of users.

  • In the western U.S., you really need to be at 87 percent survival or better to have any chance of

population stability or growth," said state wildlife biologist George Pauley at Kamiah. "When you

are down in the 70s or low 80s, that is not good. We are not going to maintain a population. It will

    decline under those conditions."

He and others have established that wolf predation is the chief cause of death among radiocollared elk.

  • Now we move onto the elk?

Did you miss the outbreak of Brucellosis?

  • Thousands of livestock have been killed by infections, weather conditions and disease.

  • And who pays for the loss? The rancher, that's who. Most cattle do not die from disease any more, due to the vaccine, you may have heard of it.Weather is one of the factors causing deaths of cattle, however rare. Another risk the rancher absorbs. The wolf is a disease I am not willing to absorb, nor are most ranchers. It's only socialists like yourself who feel it neccesary to impose your nutty philosophy. You are an arrogant individual, commenting on issues in America.I know wolves very well.

  • Anything that effects profit is bad to you. The hell with nature and planet Earth just as long as you can keep killing cattle and shoot wolves. Isn't that sort of a money-hungry narrow tunnel vision?

  • Let me understand you. I should raise cattle, so the wolves can eat them? What happens when I go broke? Who will feed them then?

  • I suggest that rather than being trigger-happy you find better ways to keep your cattle from the wolves. The wolves has a right to be where they have always been. Humans are in the billions, if you complaining about overpopulation. Wolves are becoming extinct. Who is doing the wrong thing? Humans.

  • You are an idiot!

  • Sorry friend but you don't understand nature nor do you have the capacity to live with it. You do not understand ecology or ethology. Instead you live in a time where it suits your 'no think' attitude. That should have died back in the early 1900's when white man obliterated the wolf population in the lower 48, which destabilised the ecosystem causing a major upset in the behaviour of animals which depended on the wolf. Before spouting off try to actually think about what you say ok spanky?

  • @ShenKuei1987

Please provide you source for your figures. I would like to know how 60,000 to 70,000 wolves in North America is considered extinct.

  • @ShenKuei1987 Just like they made the thylacine and many other cool animals go extinct:( pretty soon there won't be a single animal left. I hope I am dead before then.

  • @Rockholm66 Why should that matter? We raise cattle so we can feed people! What's the difference?

  • @6Memento6Mori6

    Are you that stupid?

  • You seem to be too wound up in politics and bigotry to comment rationally.

  • Actually the rancher whines for reimbursement, or wants to waste taxpayer money to kill predators in mass number.

  • Save the wolves "we" treasure so much

  • the photo of the black wolf in a park are very idiot.fooking you, imbecil!!!!!

  • wth?

  • You missed the point but you have the right emotion. The point is that wolves shouldn't be tied up. You should be angry when wolves are tied up. Wolves are 'Born To Be Wild' just like the title of this video's song by Steppenwolf. Nature should be preserved and should remain wild. We shouldn't cut all the trees. Trees and forests and jungles are homes of animals and in some cases home of old-earth humans. A tree-green earth is good. A money-green mind is bad. We shouldn't kill animals for sport.

  • You should have played the Canis Lupus song by TheAquabats! THAT would be cool!

  • original? who's trying to be original? not me. what I tried to do was make something that says "leave mother nature alone". did that, hopefully. if that went over your head then that's sad for mother nature. it's not an original message but it seems there can't be enough of that message since before you know it, all the trees are gone. wilderness is dwindling and socallled progress is paving over everything. hope you got the message and focus less on other's originality. "really original". wow.

  • good job copying pictures from a hella old wolf calendar....really original

  • Leave Mother Nature alone? That is a profound statement. The fruit cake wolf nuts thought it would be a great idea to introduce an experimental wolf species to the northern Rockies. What a disaster. They are wiping out all of the elk, and soon will do the same to deer. You kooks have an agenda, not the nature as a whole in their best interests.

  • Introducing experimental wolf species to the northern Rockies is NOT leaving Mother Nature alone. Quite the contrary. It is messing around with the natural order of things.

  • 5 stars!

  • 0:52 its like "smile for the camra!"

  • It's cute how the one at 2:36 looks like its fuzzy ass is ready to molt. That's one serious lookin' wolf. lol

  • I love how wolves naturally have that whole rock-n-roll/goth black eyeliner thing going on. lol But then, I'm a sucker for a pretty face. lol

  • Wolves, the best howl!<3

  • The wolf is such a beautiful creature, why do people insist on killing them? I once watched a documentary about wolves and it said that if people continue as they are now then the wolf could be extinct within 50 years.

Thats either within your lifetime or your childrens lifetime!

Your grandchildren will never be able to see this amazing animal. They'll ask you about it one day and the best you'll be able to do is to show them photos of wolves.

When I think about that I get really sad :(.

  • yes I agree w/ you and commendable comment .But, maybe since man is working 24/7 on the annihilation/ extinction of dumbass humans, that may come First -THE WOLVES WILL SURVIVE -STRONGER SPIRIT AND MIND....

  • 0:51 is love xD
