rmf99, have you actually played gta iv? If a car hits you at 1km/h you get shoved a lil bit then you likely flip the person off or just walk away. If it's going 60 miles per hour or somthing like that yeah. It's gonna knock you down like any car would! It's heavily hinted that Smoke, Ryder, the Ballas, and Tenpenny were all involved in CJ's mom's death. Cesar tips you off to it when you find them all hiding the green Sabre together. Still, you'd think they would have brought it up more in the later parts of the game.
