I did read some less than awesome comments about the professional job the guy did/didn't do. One even mentioning the safety glasses. Let's add gloves as well. But considering the installer had to listen to this quack during the service, i can see how it was over-looked.

First mistake. Not wearing gloves. Any auto glass installer that claims he is a professional and makes such a rookie mistake isn't what he thinks he is. And leaving your tools on the customers seats? how unprofessional. From what i saw he didn't even properly clean the edges of the car where the windshields lays. No gloves + not cleaning the surrounding edges = a possibility of a urethane bonding issue that could costs someones life in the even of an accident.Change the title of your video.

@nephuxsbro dude Ive been doing windshields since 1982.. I think I know what I'm doing by now. Pug did not show everything I did. As far as leaving my tools on the seat, the car was old and dirty and I don't think pug really gave a fuck. I don't need to wear gloves to do a windshield,I'm not in the union. Do you not have anything better to do than leave negative comments on things you have no idea what you are talking about?

Im supprised you used a manual caucking gun to lay your V-beed It was how ever a nice beed and better than some people can lay with an electric caulking gun. The install and prep work was all done properly and this windsheild should never leak. Not alot of shops prime the glass like Dan does its a good step to do tho. Ive worked for a couple glass shops for almost 5years and Id say thats a really high quality removeale and install espcally for back east!
