After 7 to 8 Weeks all the major Organs, Brain etc have more or less developed and so I believe that by then the Pregnancy should go through.

When a baby is miscarried in the womb, we can rest assured that it is in God's will to bring the baby back to himself in Heaven, while it is not in God's will for the child to be intentionally killed.
