I got the cd from Amazon! Thanks I haven't heard those songs in a very long time! I saw them at a high school in Florence SC either 78 or 79 I am guessing, I was 12 or 13 at the time. Would it be possible if I uploaded some of the songs from that first album here on youtube?

Thanks for sharing this! I liked them alot in the day. I saw them a couple of times in the late 70's with Mother's Finest. Is there anyway to get a copy of the first album. Any CD's of it?

I wore that album out. "Born in a honkey tonk,raised as a slave, your sweet love is all I crave" quite like you, heartbreaker. Good old days.

Well They have Stands at their concerts For CDs and shirts and they have a new album Called Something Red i dont remember the name and ive heard the songs they got right now they have 4 coming on the album soon and the one i like off the new album is Carolina Blue and Everything Green and other songs

Comboland, thanks for ALL your videos. Huge fan of Nantucket and PKM. Thank God for Youtube and your site. Moved to Michigan and got out of the loop. I wish I could catch a reunion show. Hell, I just saw Starz in September here. Maybe some hope!!

Nantucket was not expecting us. Tony M and I had been shooting interviews that week. We had just visited David Enloe (Fabulous Knobs) in the hospital when we discovered Nantucket was playing that night. We drove to the theater and introduced ourselves to Mike. He and Tommy were kind enough to take a few minutes to talk on-camera and give us an okay to shoot the show.

Meanwhile, more interviews (PKM?) in January and if I'm lucky there will be a Nantucket member or two available also.
