I love this song because I've come across some so called "christians' that judge everyone based off of their past... I think the place he came from with the song is because he's done a lot of wrong in his life and when he decided to get it right he went to the church and people there scrutinized him which I see done all of the time. I don't believe all people in the church do this but many wont speak up if they see it done and then never mind what those "church folk" do behind closed doors.

Ya, I've been hurt in my church...and there are wolfs in sheeps clothing. however; I made up my mind... I am not there for them, i am there for the Lord, Jesus. The devil will try to use people to discourage your walk. The only way to stay strong is through prayer and God's word. The Lord see's whats going on, he don't want any discord in the church, we are all sinners we have to keep on repenting DAILY. No one is perfect and livin for God is not easy. Then why are you there. I always thought that Church was supposed to be about fellowship. If there isn't any fellowship then why go? I can praise God by myself if I've got to constantly fight distractions to do so with others. That's like watching your favorite team play with a group of people who are pulling for the other team. @promise I know what u mean. I've never been a very easily faith giving person because of all the unfaithfulness in life. This song makes me want to show everyone what real faith is. Not that half measure if i feel like it kind. Maybe i'll give faith a try after all.

Ya, I've been hurt in my church...and there are wolfs in sheeps clothing. however; I made up my mind... I am not there for them, i am there for the Lord, Jesus. The devil will try to use people to discourage your walk. The only way to stay strong is through prayer and God's word. The Lord see's whats going on, he don't want any discord in the church, we are all sinners we have to keep on repenting DAILY. No one is perfect and livin for God is not easy. The reward is worth the fight ;)

Then why are you there. I always thought that Church was supposed to be about fellowship. If there isn't any fellowship then why go? I can praise God by myself if I've got to constantly fight distractions to do so with others. That's like watching your favorite team play with a group of people who are pulling for the other team. Everytime something goes wrong they are cheering. Just doesn't make sense to me if it's truly about "the word".
