In 1966 the Drama club from Whetstone went to the show and sat in the gallery. I have no memory of the movie but he spent all the movie time talking with us and being a great guy and funny. We had a wonderful time. I'm tickled to see him here again... I also grew up with him.
I grew up watching him! He was- and always will be- a Columbus institution. At the 50 second mark, I can't help if the voice was the host of "Luci's Toyshop", which I also watched as a child growing up in the 70s. Either way, long live Flippo- and Luci, if you're still around, God bless you.
I remember Flippo referring to Wendy's hamburgers as 'Hambingers'.
