  • oh yeah definently good power, one things wrong though, every time he comes up he leans forward, 405 forcing your back forward means one day he'll fall for and hurt himself, keep your back arched when squatting because my friend fucked his back and traps up when he fell forward from leaning forward, just looking out for you, but other than that pretty much everything is good, keep it up!
