This is one of the worst percutaneous tracheostomies I have ever seen. I hope this patient survived. See the amount of pressure on trachea, occluding whole of the lumen. The tracheal tissue, probably the fractured tracheal ring, is bulging in the lumen. It is butchery, nothing else.
