  • I love how fast the rotor spins!!

  • Can't believe i didnt think of that!! lol

  • that would be an interesting clutch to ride

  • your a legend! :D

  • 0:19 you almost burnt your fuckin clutch! ;)

  • cartoon ailen swastika!

  • So what happens when you pop the clutch?

  • Thats the way Germans building Cars haha^^

  • wow

  • Dude do a dual stage clutch. I found that was the most effective way, since lego friction clutches slip, but this impact clutch thing you built will eventually break and will hit and miss too much... also try to make it so that there are more teeth to absorb the stress when you impact engage the thing.

  • dude your clutch is a shuddery must be a puk clutch

  • Smoooooth engagement...! ;-))

  • very nice! i would only worry about breaking pieces that way - lego makes clutches that work much better; but I do appreciate the creativity and use of only basic pieces.

  • seems more like an impact driver than a clutch, nice thou

  • @rcCrazyguy Two-in-one tool! :P

  • great

  • Real cool. If you make another one try and make a 3 speed or sumthin

    That would be AWESOME

  • Real cool. If you make another one try and make a 3 speed or sumthin

  • Cool

  • amazing, only one thing: the input should be on the clutch, and the output should be on the diferential. or something like that.

  • pop the clutch!!

  • Some guys are let look it technic, but this really works.

    But it's moddafuckin nazy.

  • Cool stuff. Try to shut the motor off without disengaging the clutch :)

  • Nifty dog clutch.

  • go up to your URL bar, put a Q between the words you and tube and then press enter or click go

  • i made a clutch with a sliding gear and a little lock for it

  • when i made mine, i used 2 cogs, 1 acting as the clutch plate, and the other as the flywheel.. i then used a peice to go over the clutch plate that was held by 2 springs, acting as the pressure plate, the presure plate had also a stick coming from it that i could pull to open the clutch, alowing me to go on and build my gearbox.. happy days :D

  • it is a mirror image of the swastika..!

  • The clutch design is brilliant, but that swastika you did is quite weird :)) But is nice seeing a flying swastika from time to time :D

  • dude u build a swastika

  • cool.

  • @ChuckLukas Swatika was actually an acient sybol for peace and health beofre Adolf Hitler stole it and made everyone think it was a bad symbol.

  • @VideoZombieFTW Just a joke sry xD

  • lol

  • yep it isnt a clutch but hey... w/e that thing is called is still nice.. i would be able to think of that but... not as fast as u lol..

  • use tyres they are much more smooth imagine trying to do clutch control on a hill with that hahaha

  • @Rick0rz good idea, but tires provide almost no torque at all

  • thankyou, the rubber ones provide enuf to stop all lego motors even geared down!

  • there must be quite a bit of pressure involved...is that healthy for the structure/motor?

  • i made one once and it worked perfect it didnt need a lot of pressure on the tyres because of the surface area

  • good thinking =)

  • thats not a cltuch its a fuckin set of dog teeth lol it wil kill ur motor try to tyre forced together by springs or rubberbands warning at high speeds may tend to smell lol

  • fantastic :)

  • i made a way better one tonight i mean it engages at full speed ill upload a video sometime

  • Worst design ever. Talk about wearing out your parts.

  • its just legos. who cares? just go out and get some more. part of the fun is useing them till they break!

  • make a switch so it only turns the moter on when the cltch is bout to engage

  • this isnt a clutch, its a rambox. and this will kill your motor!!! try using a synchro like the guy below me said.. and next time, play with some rubber and make an actual"friction plate" clutch... if not, at least use engaging teeth that have a larger radius reducing torsion and consequently overall stress...

  • that stress your motor to death

  • Sweet! Awesome job, now all you need is a synchro. and you'd be all set! Lol hahaha

  • Thats coooooooool!!!!!!!!

  • thats koolio but have you considered two small wheels with tyres on them and a spring mechanism it seems to work quite well although you may need to experiment to get the tension right to minimize friction lol i know i did! xD
