Hiro Mashima isn't gonna kill the main characters, I agree with Zac with the "Natsu kick the butt of the bad guy everytime" but I can't understand why he hate him (and how he watches the anime if he does)... back on topic... the mangaka created some brilliant characters, he ain't gonna wipe them that way, and if you haven't seen it the best anime series have done a time skip, they'll survive somehow, calm down!!!

I agree that the boy is Makao's kid they show him front sthe front at the end of one the chapter's earlier and its clearly him. I also agree I was tired of every arc ending with a miracle Natsu just got stronger moment. While this ending was dark I highly enjoyed it and can't wait to see what they pull next plus can't wait to see how the lives of everyone else changed in 7 years

At 3:52 you can see taht strange little girl with wings as ears, then she clasps her hands, and at 5:30 you can see that their expressions could be one of two things, either there being moved at an incredibly fast speed( teleportation) or they are being obliterated. Though don't count fairy tail out yet, if they are alive and like one piece have been training for 7 years. I'd say that dragon better watch his back.

see i realized something....natsu and the other's during the blast should be propelled towards the ground because of the direction of the blast from acknologia..but if you look closely they're being propelled upwards...its just that natsu's fighting the force....if the blast had hit them..they wouldn't have been propelled upwards...and mavis is actually a woman's name by origin...she was the fair seen on the island i guess..so it seems they were transported with the island..to train i presume
