I really do not get why people hate this movie, sure it doesn't surpase the orginal in any possible way. But it's litterly a almost 100% scene for scene, shot by shot remake, so how can it then be bad?

Lol. Most remakes suck, but this was all right, I guess. I definitely prefer the black and white version, but I liked the stabby-man-lady's wig better in your version, and it was more interesting to watch the color through the curtain than it was to watch the b&w through the curtain.

I have to agree with Joystar234's comment, first time i saw this movie, I never took a shower again with out locking the bathroom door!!! One of the interesting aspects of the scene is you never actually see blood on the knife, which, if had actually happened, the knife would have been somewhat covered by Marion Cranes Blood.
