nice bit of kit that you built. I like it. I like the re purposed tractor tire treads. the drive tires seem to spin on the inside of them tho. would Texture on the inside fix that? Glued grit like sand maybe? Otherwise it shouldnt be difficult to get different sprockets and regular tracks. It should work really good on wet ground where the ground pressure needs to be spread out.

How do you steer it- clutches or brakes?

Brake each wheel side. with open differentials it works fine . volvo 240 axles, saab 90 motor with aut transmission and a home made frame.
