I can't believe the judge. If I was on the jury I would want to know if the suspect pulled a gun/tried to pull a gun on the police officers.

@transitionalphase You are right, but you have to remember this is how our justice system works. He's innocent until proven other. Let's say he really is innocent. Once we all hear that he pulled a gun on the cops we're going to think right away He's guilty. His lawyer's saying that he pulled the gun out on cops because he was scared for other reasons (maybe he just robbed the local candy store etc.) which is where he says it's prejudice. Anyway, just adding my 2 pennies in is all.... ; )

He should get the death penanlty if convicted. Anybody who kills an innocent person and all the evidence points to them, should be executed the day of their conviction. We don't need these evil people in our world. ANd judges like this should lose their license. Why would you eclude that??
