Almost all of the guns in Black Ops kill somebody in 2 hits or less, unless you play softcore, which some think is kind of pussy because you're afraid of dying. Even if it's not pussy, (it's no big deal if you play off of hardcore) the guns still kill in usually 3 hits, and 1 with some rifles. Underpowered? I don't even know what you mean. Do you want every single gun to be a one hit kill?

I loved that gun from the first one, it shot one bullet at an enemy then if you wanted it to, you could shoot in any direction and all the bullets would auto lock onto that enemy, very cool.
