Kurt is one of my top 5 wrestlers of all time. He's an Olympic champ in wrestling and then became a superstar in WWE and TNA. If you're interested 1.) The Rock, 2.) Stone Cold, 3.) Kurt Angle, 4.) Andre The Giant, 5.) Ric Flair. Honorable mentions include, Piper, Steamboat, Warrior, Savage, Edge, Jericho (number 6), Samoa Joe, Sabu, RVD, Foley, Funk, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Hogan, who came in last place on the list because he's such a sell-out. Cena didn't make the list by the way.
Kurt is tough, but I think he is kind of out of line saying he had to worry about Brock hurting him. Kurt shouldn't have even been in the ring that night, even if he made it through the match alright doesn't matter. He went into shock after the match ended.
If anything it should have been Brock worried about Kurt dropping him on his head with his arm with 20% strength.
Did he actually say that Brock Lesnar can benchpress 700lbs??? I doubt Brock uses a bench suit when he benches, so, basically, they're saying that he's more or less one of the 3-4 strongest raw benchpressers in human history.
Goddamn, these guys. It's stupid comments like that that make me question my own watching of these liars.
@NWpowerhouse85 A lot of NFL offensive and defensive linemen bench within the 600-750 pound range. Benching 700 does not make him in the top strongest men in the world. But he doesn't, I believe he can do just over 500, he doesn't have the body mass to do anything over 550.
@lionslicer9999 No, the official world record without a bench shirt is 714lbs by scot mendelson, a 6'1, 320lb competitive powerlifter who's far, FAR more powerful than any person in the NFL, let alone Brock Lesnar. Any football player who "benches" 700lbs is #1.) Lying, #2) their form is a fucking joke. Lifting your ass a foot off the bench and bouncing the weight off your chest isn't "benching" the weight, they'd be laughed right out of a powerlifting meet.
Also, no, Brock Lesnar is ON Youtube benching 345-350lbs for reps, and these are NOT easy reps, he was having a hard time, but at least his form was solid.
Finally, your last comment is downright ignorant, there are men who can benchpress 600lbs raw at 225-230lbs bodyweight in lifting competitions.
@NWpowerhouse85 I just heard Brock used to do around 500 in his last days with WWE from former wrestlers.
Now whether NFL players are lying, I don't know, but Casey Hampton says he can do multiple reps of 600 pounds and Larry Allen has witnesses of him doing 700 pounds. And these 2 guys aren't even the strongest in the NFL, there are way stronger. And I bet those 225-230 pound guys are under 6 foot. Mass doesn't mean weight in general, its weight per square inch on your fram. 225 at 5'6 is huge
@lionslicer9999 Wrestlers lie through their ass. Many still proclaim Andre to be 7'5, when he was actually not even 7'0. Hogan said he was 6'9 and 340lbs in his younger days, when he was actually about 6'4/290. There was a superstars taping back in the day where Monsoon said John Studd could benchpress over 700lbs. It's a joke.
@NWpowerhouse85 I'm sure they do, Andre was 6'11, Hogan was 6'8 in his prime, but he wrestled 300 times a year and had a large upper body which crushed his spine, he's only about 6'3 now, a lot of wrestlers, body builders, and even NFL players shrink because of the pressure put on their spines.
George was 215 when he benched over 700 pounds but he's short, only about 5'8 or 5'9 and most of his weight is in his upper body. Mass is not the same as weight and how its distributed through the body.
lol i bet if he would watch this now and look back he'd go from thinkin "karen made me think about retiring ." too "fuck that bitch and that F Double A Double G O Double T Jarrett.!
When he says "I'm never going to be Stone Cold" I think he's really underrating just how popular he is. I mean this guy got over on pure ability alone, the fact he's great on the mic is secondary really.
In my opinion, Kurt Angle had one of the most powerful entrance themes in the WWE. He was the one light of legitimacy in pro-wrestling. He should have been pushed more on Raw
kurt angle always good as a heel, but he is one the greatest wrestler of all time hogan great wwe star , but angle is a great wrestler this guy could performlike no other,my respect for this guy
@jamescooling kurt angle does understand it. he understands it better than most. he won an olympic gold medal in real wrestling and became world champion in fake wrestling so he's in a perfect position to contrast the two.
What's all the hate for Landsberg? I think he's one of the greatest shoot interviewers. He calls out people for lying or if he doesn't think it's the true. I rather see that than someone who agrees with everything they say. Btw, what ever happened to this show?
@mothercanuckers but are there still interviews of pro wrestlers cuz the last two i saw was one in 2008 and it was kurt angle again and tha latest one was in 2010 this year with bret hart talking about his return!?!?
@shawndx100 There was actually another one with Mick Foley and Ted Dibiase Sr. and another with Taylor Wilde off the top of my head I think they were in 2008-2009 but they don't seem to do much of it considering they don't show WWE on their network anymore.
@Fisticuffer245 Youtube? I'm not sure what you want to see the wrestling interviews or the actual show because the actual show is for the most part a group of Canadians talking about important sports stories mostly relevant to Canadian sports. go to watch(dot)tsn(dot)ca and then click on the video library and find off the record in the menu if you want to watch the show. I don't think that the US would have Canadian networks so I don't see a reason "Off the Record" would be seen in your country
@Rescueme0909 i think people dislike him because he asks a question then talks over them as they try to answer. but he's on a tight schedule and has limited interview time. ppl forget that i guess
@Rescueme0909 ya i enjoyed his interviews, he studied up and asked the right questions. i also do not understand the hate... maybe cuz hes a jew? i dunno
@Rescueme0909 Exactly, Landsberg's awesome and straight to the point. He cuts people off when they begin rambling on too long. He does in fact act the tough questions, what everyone wants to ask and he has his own mind and doesn't just agree with everything they say.
@Rescueme0909 I agree, although I think why people dislike him is because he cuts off the quests when we wanna hear what they have to say, when we're interested.
It is an interesting conversation topic and it is something that would interest me as a viewer of this show. Honestly I don't know why there is a problem with asking this type of question because as a guy who doesn't wrestle himself I would like to know what goes through the wrestlers' heads when they decide to do a moonsault off the top of a cage when they don't have too or when they get an injury that should take a year to recover from and come back after 5 months.
Nearly all top journalist and interviewers try to establish a dominant position when in interaction with their "victims". This is pretty much a cheap trick performed by professional mind.
Depending if you know how to evaluate how much he/she is abusing you there is a need to know when to walk away or deal with it and a lot of times shouting over a powerful journalist doesn't work as they work with the emotion rather than your answer then. For them it's a game and you are the player
No, you can't blame Angle for Brock screwing up. Brock hadn't done the move in quite a while so it was clearly rusty. All Brock had to do was move Angle a little closer. Instead Brock choked. got nervous, whatever. Price to pay for pushing a guy so hard that he couldn't do a move he had pulled off before.
You are right, it is ridiculous for any body to say WWF should be scared of TNA even though TNA is uncreative. The wrestling companies that are successful through history are those that are creative and none have been more creative than the WWF. All TNA has are deluded money marks who like wasting tons of cash and the broken down, elderly, drug addicted, washed up, cast offs of the WWF (like Angle). TNA is just doing a third rate rip off of the Attitude Era, which McMahon already knows is done
just about everything has been done before---i dont think a stone cold steve austin was done before he came along...he was the first to openly show the finger...tna is trying to recreate wcw and ecw style fight tactics..which just wont work...as wwe gets 3 million viewers, tna only gets a few 100, 000, which is sad, but rather than try and wait and try to improve the characters, they want to quikly shoot for the top, by hiring guys like hogan, and eric and flair, money thrown for ratings!!
Every thing has to be done some place first and the companies that were the most creative (WWF, AWA, WCCW) had the most success. Stone Cold was done in the AWA and was called the Crusher. ECW was a copy of 1980's Memphis. TNA is a striaight copy of the Attitude Era WWF with all the wash outs from WCW and WWF trying to relive their old glory and story lines and that does not work because that time is gone and is not coming back, which is why WWF is pushing new guys and trying new stories.
you have to be kidding me...if you actually think thatn the the stone cold character, hbk, the game character, the rock,, montreal screwjob, nwo, had been done before then....wow
NWO was done first in Japan and directly stolen by Bischoff and there were plenty of invasion NWO angles before that like WCCW / USWA. Montreal Screwjob was nothing in the long history of wrestling screwjobs including the famous WWF Spider Lady 1980's screwjob. Rock character is a straight rip off of Gino Hernandez / Iceman Parsons gimmicks from 1980's WCCW. HBK was a clone of every blonde heel from Gorgeous George to the many Nature Boys and Stone Cold was the Crusher with fouler language.
tna is not attitude...its trying for wcw..they clearly say it too in the ads..i think tna needs to wait until vince gets older...which is gonna be 10 years from now...so they need to bring up new talent for 10 yrs from now when they have a decent shot...not stick to the same aj styles and samoa
i hate it when any new wwe guy comes in and kicks aj's and samoa's ass and gets the gold immediate..happened with christian and angle...
TNA is clearly trying to be Attitude, which is why they have Orlando Jordan making out with guys and Val Venus doing lame strip poker skits. Russo still has a job in TNA to do all his crash television crap all over agin. Every body in TNA has clearly said they are trying to be smut and attitude because the WWF is currently targeting kids and running a clean product, so TNA has a delusion they can steal adult fans with trash and garbage. McMahon figured out in 2004 that Attitude is dead and gone
I agree. It's sad but true. TNA can try it all they want I guess. What set TNA apart from WWE was their wrestling talent and not necessarily the storylines. They need to make sure to keep the wrestling product as strong as possible. One thing about the WWF in the late 90s is whatever the storyline, they backed it up with spectacular wrestling matches. Plus you simply can't replace guys like Stone Cold and The Rock.
@mabhilas, In regards to that last part I agree. It totally undermines your product when you have guys from a different Fed come in and beat your homegrown guys like they are nothing.
i agree just watch the interview he did with Jericho and Landsberg always talks over the people he's interviewing asking new questions before they get a chance to finish what they say
Well the show does have a time limit before they hit the commercial break he needs to get as much out of the person he's interviewing before they get to commercials right?
@MrWhatevaman man that would have been the sinlge greatest match in wwe history two real wrestling trained guys who are technical and know the ins and out of the sing side stuff would have been an amazing match
Angle is the best in-ring performer in pro-wrestling right now...He's great on the mic & an amazing story teller in the ring. I just hope his health allows him to continue....
A mark? No I don't even like Kurt, I respect him for what he has done and as a wrestler but I don't like him. He isn't very big at all, and hes never failed a drug test in WWE or TNA. So until he fails a drug test you shouldn't accuse anybody of anything cause you don't know shit. Next thing you're going to say is Natural Bodybuilders are on steroids to right?
Ok kid, you obviously don't know anything about wrestling. No matter who HHH is married to doesn't change the fact that he is still better than 95% of people in the ring.
@WWE4LifeTNAsux know jackass i have been wacthing for the past 11.5 years I know what there is to know and better then 95% of the ppl he gets in the ring with UM NO! he would not step foot in the ring with Brock HHH is not shit! 95% of his fame is from who he is married to he was not shit before he got married so cut the shit
LOL BROCK?? Brock isn't even that great of a pro wrestler. He's just another big guy who does nothing but powerhouse. And in case you didn't know its scripted so I'm sure HHH would have no problem getting in the ring with Brock. Let me guess you think John Cena is a good wrestle judging by your ignorance and stupidity.
@WWE4LifeTNAsux ..you're a fuckin tool. Triple h is THEE most overrate wrestler since Ric Flair, and hogan in his later years.
The man is boring as hell. Angle and Lesnar have more talent and ability than huter could ever pray to have. Kurt Angle is one of the ebst to evr grace the squared circle.
A man the size of Lesnar, to move the way he does, before him it was unspeakable. But what in the fuck would YOU know about wrestling? you still watch that shit called the wwe. hahah, fool.
Alright kid let me break this down for you.... 1) I never said anything about Kurt Angle not being good. 2) I also agreed that HHH is overrated earlier. 3) I never said Lesnar wasn't good, I just said he isn't better than HHH, no doubt he moves like a cruiserweight and is good for his size.. 4) And how do you know I watch WWE, Because of a username that was made 2 years ago? I also watch ROH, UFC, and from time to time TNA. But what does that matter to you? You fucking faggot, get off my sack.
ignorance and stupidity wtf are you talking about John Cena sucks fucking over rated has no in ring skills! but Cena sells tickets and Brock would make HHH look like shit and if that was not the case why did the match never happen??? and why am I even taking the time going back in forth with you we see things to different ways you have your view and I have mine Period!
Lesnar vs HHH happen multiple times actually during RAW/SD! house shows. And you ever stop to think that Lesnar was only there for 2 years and they were on different shows? Hmmm, think for a second there smartass. And Lesnar was involved in a Storyline with 'Taker for most of his first year and his second with Kurt Angle. If he hadn't of left, it probably would of happen storyline wise. I never said Cena was good, and Cena sells tickets because of little kids....
Know matter what you sat HHH will never have the in rin Ability as Kurt or Brock! and he got his BIG ASS PUSH! based on who he is maried to you know cut the shit!
Again, I never said he didn't get pushed because of his Wife. All I said was with or without Stephanie he would still be successful. Maybe not an 11 or 12 time world champion but he would still be a multi time world champion and a top star. Triple H is a good Wrestler, so is Brock and no doubt Kurt. But you seem like you're just saying Triple H sucks and he has in ring ability.
Triple H sucks and he has in ring ability. you Almost have it all right other then he sucks part he does not suck great wrestler giant!!!! push from his wife but other then that u have read my mind have a gret new year :D
Oh really? Last time I checked he wasn't married to Steph until 2003, and that when he got big (late 90s), he was still dating Joanie Laurer aka Chyna. So how about you cut the shit and read up before you say stuff.
They hooked up in 2000 then they got married in 2003 he uses his political influence a lot just listen to Ken Kennedy's shoot interview here remember he wrestled on Raw brand before he was let go: /watch?v=4HysMagbK3g
Yeah, but during his big push, he was still dating Chyna. I'll admit that he did use his relationship to further his career, but he was going to be a world champ anyway.
Ya he became champion Raw right after Summerslam 1999 I think he was still with Chyna at the time he became champion but people aren't arguing about the fact that Triple H wouldn't have been world champion if he hadn't hooked up with Stephanie the criticism is that Triple H wouldn't have control over the show and how often he would become champion after the fact your interpreting people's criticisms of him the wrong way and seeing it as "Triple was never good enough to be world champ"
I am not saying that he was never good enough to be champ but part of his success is based on who he is married to! and you cant say its not true like someone would have to be crazy not to see it! he great wrestler dont get me wrong but just look at some of the facts
@ARobb5 if your talking about HHH your wrong. After what happened at MSG with Hall, Nash and Waltman HHH was lucky he still had a job, if he hadn't hooked up with Steph he'd be in working in a Gym.
@McMahonHater MSG incident was in 1996, HHH didn't hook up with Steph till 2000. He won the IC title 5 months after the MSG incident, and won the WWF Title at Summerslam 99, before he hooked up with Steph. The MSG incident slowed his progression as a star, but he was always gonna be one. He was booked as the KotR winner in 1996 before the incident, but it was given to SCSA after it. He's a deserving champ, but he shouldn't have won it as many times as he has.
Actually, if he was fired, WCW would have had genuine competition for Sting. He'd be a star in a still-existing WCW, or in a much less retarded TNA. Hell, maybe he'd be trailblazing in GLOW at this point, who knows? But what i do know, is that Paul Levesque is the best showman - for both marks and smarts - the industry has. Angle's a better athlete, Orton's a better ring psychologist, and Cena's a better showman, but he's got more than enough of each to keep the crowd entertained.
I respect Angle 10x more after this. Even when Brock Lesnar was interviewed about WM19 he said it was pure chaos and one of the worst nights of his life. Just injuries and problems everywhere.
that will never happen Bret Hart is in his 50s now and had to recover from a stroke people are unable to do a lot of things after they survive a stroke. Bret Hart said that if he really wanted to he could train for an entire year and eventually get in the ring but its not worth the commitment to him anymore since he has nothing more to accomplish.
man kurt angle belongs in tna people are dumb tna has wrestling and its alot better than wwes product WWE has good wrestlers but they are not in the right storylines i think wwe may get better in the next couple years when a few young guys get in big like jack swagger, rhode dibiase and the hart dynasty people like that WWE is too much based on size and not good wrestling
People keep saying that "WWE is all about size", if you said it 10 years ago then you're probably right, but i don't think that. IMO WWE is about making money, if a guy is madly over with the fans then he gets the main title(e.g. CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, Edge, Eddie Guerrerro[RIP], Benoit[RIP], Rey Mysterio among others, and guess what, the guys i mentioned aren't big). As for storylines WWE beats TNA no questions asked. But wrestling wise, i'd have to go with TNA.
I really want angle to leave TNA already and come back to WWE.The main event mafia thats gotta be the lamest stable since the JOB squad really kurt us WWE fans miss you and well its just a matter of time before you come back to WWE

WrestleMania 26 - Jack Swagger vs Kurt Angle.
You read me right & you read it under Thirst4first...first!
Angle's TNA contract expires in August. He renewed a 1 year deal.
Only reason Angle is still with TNA is cos WWE seized negotiations after the Angle/Jarrett scam.
But the lack of main eventers left in WWE, WWE will definately sign Angle this time around & Angle will be happy to go back home.
Angle was to join WWE last September hence the Sept WWE PPV being held in Angle's hometown.

@Rescueme0909 Exactly, Landsberg's awesome and straight to the point. He cuts people off when they begin rambling on too long. He does in fact act the tough questions, what everyone wants to ask and he has his own mind and doesn't just agree with everything they say.

Landsberg has a big mouth. He's pissing off all the wrestlers by talking over them and calling Kurt a "danger to himself".
cstring420 1 year ago 2
@cstring420
It is an interesting conversation topic and it is something that would interest me as a viewer of this show. Honestly I don't know why there is a problem with asking this type of question because as a guy who doesn't wrestle himself I would like to know what goes through the wrestlers' heads when they decide to do a moonsault off the top of a cage when they don't have too or when they get an injury that should take a year to recover from and come back after 5 months.
mothercanuckers 1 year ago
@cstring420

@bobolob brock used to do the ssp all the time. Angle ruined that!
bigwilly711 1 year ago
No, you can't blame Angle for Brock screwing up. Brock hadn't done the move in quite a while so it was clearly rusty. All Brock had to do was move Angle a little closer. Instead Brock choked. got nervous, whatever. Price to pay for pushing a guy so hard that he couldn't do a move he had pulled off before.

angle going to tna is the begining of the end for wwe. its only a matter of time before tna does what wcw couldnt, finish off the wwe.
kronz21 2 years ago 3
@kronz21 yeah rite
tna is not original
mabhilas 2 years ago
@mabhilas so
kronz21 2 years ago
so wwe should be totally scared about somethin thats not creative
mabhilas 2 years ago
no wrestling company is creative, just about everything has been done before but what tna has going for it, is its not just for kids.
kronz21 2 years ago
You are right, it is ridiculous for any body to say WWF should be scared of TNA even though TNA is uncreative. The wrestling companies that are successful through history are those that are creative and none have been more creative than the WWF. All TNA has are deluded money marks who like wasting tons of cash and the broken down, elderly, drug addicted, washed up, cast offs of the WWF (like Angle). TNA is just doing a third rate rip off of the Attitude Era, which McMahon already knows is done
MRobert21 2 years ago 3
just about everything has been done before---i dont think a stone cold steve austin was done before he came along...he was the first to openly show the finger...tna is trying to recreate wcw and ecw style fight tactics..which just wont work...as wwe gets 3 million viewers, tna only gets a few 100, 000, which is sad, but rather than try and wait and try to improve the characters, they want to quikly shoot for the top, by hiring guys like hogan, and eric and flair, money thrown for ratings!!
mabhilas 2 years ago
Every thing has to be done some place first and the companies that were the most creative (WWF, AWA, WCCW) had the most success. Stone Cold was done in the AWA and was called the Crusher. ECW was a copy of 1980's Memphis. TNA is a striaight copy of the Attitude Era WWF with all the wash outs from WCW and WWF trying to relive their old glory and story lines and that does not work because that time is gone and is not coming back, which is why WWF is pushing new guys and trying new stories.
MRobert21 2 years ago
you have to be kidding me...if you actually think thatn the the stone cold character, hbk, the game character, the rock,, montreal screwjob, nwo, had been done before then....wow
mabhilas 2 years ago
NWO was done first in Japan and directly stolen by Bischoff and there were plenty of invasion NWO angles before that like WCCW / USWA. Montreal Screwjob was nothing in the long history of wrestling screwjobs including the famous WWF Spider Lady 1980's screwjob. Rock character is a straight rip off of Gino Hernandez / Iceman Parsons gimmicks from 1980's WCCW. HBK was a clone of every blonde heel from Gorgeous George to the many Nature Boys and Stone Cold was the Crusher with fouler language.
MRobert21 2 years ago
tna is not attitude...its trying for wcw..they clearly say it too in the ads..i think tna needs to wait until vince gets older...which is gonna be 10 years from now...so they need to bring up new talent for 10 yrs from now when they have a decent shot...not stick to the same aj styles and samoa
i hate it when any new wwe guy comes in and kicks aj's and samoa's ass and gets the gold immediate..happened with christian and angle...
mabhilas 2 years ago
TNA is clearly trying to be Attitude, which is why they have Orlando Jordan making out with guys and Val Venus doing lame strip poker skits. Russo still has a job in TNA to do all his crash television crap all over agin. Every body in TNA has clearly said they are trying to be smut and attitude because the WWF is currently targeting kids and running a clean product, so TNA has a delusion they can steal adult fans with trash and garbage. McMahon figured out in 2004 that Attitude is dead and gone
MRobert21 2 years ago
Plus you simply can't replace guys like Stone Cold and The Rock.
bobolob 1 year ago
@mabhilas, In regards to that last part I agree. It totally undermines your product when you have guys from a different Fed come in and beat your homegrown guys like they are nothing.

A mark? No I don't even like Kurt, I respect him for what he has done and as a wrestler but I don't like him. He isn't very big at all, and hes never failed a drug test in WWE or TNA. @WWE4LifeTNAsux lmao and HHH IS a peace of shit only reason he is big is because who he is married to PERIOED!
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago
Ok kid, you obviously don't know anything about wrestling. No matter who HHH is married to doesn't change the fact that he is still better than 95% of people in the ring.
WWE4LifeTNAsux 2 years ago
@WWE4LifeTNAsux know jackass i have been wacthing for the past 11.5 years I know what there is to know and better then 95% of the ppl he gets in the ring with UM NO! he would not step foot in the ring with Brock HHH is not shit! 95% of his fame is from who he is married to he was not shit before he got married so cut the shit
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago
WWE4LifeTNAsux 2 years ago
@WWE4LifeTNAsux ..you're a fuckin tool. Triple h is THEE most overrate wrestler since Ric Flair, and hogan in his later years.
The man is boring as hell. Angle and Lesnar have more talent and ability than huter could ever pray to have. Kurt Angle is one of the ebst to evr grace the squared circle.
A man the size of Lesnar, to move the way he does, before him it was unspeakable. But what in the fuck would YOU know about wrestling? you still watch that shit called the wwe. hahah, fool.
MartyMoves 2 years ago 3
Alright kid let me break this down for you.... 1) I never said anything about Kurt Angle not being good. 2) I also agreed that HHH is overrated earlier. 3) I never said Lesnar wasn't good, I just said he isn't better than HHH, no doubt he moves like a cruiserweight and is good for his size.. 4) And how do you know I watch WWE, Because of a username that was made 2 years ago? I also watch ROH, UFC, and from time to time TNA. But what does that matter to you? You fucking faggot, get off my sack.
WWE4LifeTNAsux 2 years ago 2
Thank you could not say it better myself! HHH is over Rated just like Flair and that ASS Hogan and HHH wish he had the In Ring Ability like Kurt!
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago 6
ignorance and stupidity wtf are you talking about John Cena sucks fucking over rated has no in ring skills! but Cena sells tickets and Brock would make HHH look like shit and if that was not the case why did the match never happen??? and why am I even taking the time going back in forth with you we see things to different ways you have your view and I have mine Period!
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago
Lesnar vs HHH happen multiple times actually during RAW/SD! house shows. And you ever stop to think that Lesnar was only there for 2 years and they were on different shows? Hmmm, think for a second there smartass. And Lesnar was involved in a Storyline with 'Taker for most of his first year and his second with Kurt Angle. If he hadn't of left, it probably would of happen storyline wise. I never said Cena was good, and Cena sells tickets because of little kids....
WWE4LifeTNAsux 2 years ago
Know matter what you sat HHH will never have the in rin Ability as Kurt or Brock! and he got his BIG ASS PUSH! based on who he is maried to you know cut the shit!
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago 3
Again, I never said he didn't get pushed because of his Wife. All I said was with or without Stephanie he would still be successful. Maybe not an 11 or 12 time world champion but he would still be a multi time world champion and a top star. Triple H is a good Wrestler, so is Brock and no doubt Kurt. But you seem like you're just saying Triple H sucks and he has in ring ability.
WWE4LifeTNAsux 2 years ago 2
Triple H sucks and he has in ring ability. you Almost have it all right other then he sucks part he does not suck great wrestler giant!!!! push from his wife but other then that u have read my mind have a gret new year :D
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago 2
Oh really? Last time I checked he wasn't married to Steph until 2003, and that when he got big (late 90s), he was still dating Joanie Laurer aka Chyna. So how about you cut the shit and read up before you say stuff.
ARobb5 2 years ago
@ARobb5
They hooked up in 2000 then they got married in 2003 he uses his political influence a lot just listen to Ken Kennedy's shoot interview here remember he wrestled on Raw brand before he was let go: /watch?v=4HysMagbK3g
mothercanuckers 2 years ago
Yeah, but during his big push, he was still dating Chyna. I'll admit that he did use his relationship to further his career, but he was going to be a world champ anyway.
ARobb5 2 years ago
@ARobb5
Ya he became champion Raw right after Summerslam 1999 I think he was still with Chyna at the time he became champion but people aren't arguing about the fact that Triple H wouldn't have been world champion if he hadn't hooked up with Stephanie the criticism is that Triple H wouldn't have control over the show and how often he would become champion after the fact your interpreting people's criticisms of him the wrong way and seeing it as "Triple was never good enough to be world champ"
mothercanuckers 2 years ago
I am not saying that he was never good enough to be champ but part of his success is based on who he is married to! and you cant say its not true like someone would have to be crazy not to see it! he great wrestler dont get me wrong but just look at some of the facts
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago
yea but not with out that huge push!!! he would not have gotten to the Top that fast with out some help and damn sure was not just a lil help
chefboyardeeg1 2 years ago
@ARobb5 if your talking about HHH your wrong. After what happened at MSG with Hall, Nash and Waltman HHH was lucky he still had a job, if he hadn't hooked up with Steph he'd be in working in a Gym.
McMahonHater 1 year ago
@McMahonHater MSG incident was in 1996, HHH didn't hook up with Steph till 2000. He won the IC title 5 months after the MSG incident, and won the WWF Title at Summerslam 99, before he hooked up with Steph. The MSG incident slowed his progression as a star, but he was always gonna be one. He was booked as the KotR winner in 1996 before the incident, but it was given to SCSA after it. He's a deserving champ, but he shouldn't have won it as many times as he has.
ARobb5 1 year ago
@McMahonHater
Angle's a better athlete, Orton's a better ring psychologist, and Cena's a better showman, but he's got more than enough of each to keep the crowd entertained.

kv01010 2 years ago
People keep saying that "WWE is all about size", if you said it 10 years ago then you're probably right, but i don't think that. IMO WWE is about making money, if a guy is madly over with the fans then he gets the main title(e.g. CM Punk, Jeff Hardy, Randy Orton, Edge, Eddie Guerrerro[RIP], Benoit[RIP], Rey Mysterio among others, and guess what, the guys i mentioned aren't big). As for storylines WWE beats TNA no questions asked. But wrestling wise, i'd have to go with TNA.
Salute.
