I love the old gospel, especially when elvis sang them. You sing this song wonderfully. I also like the story behind the song. there are some things you never forget. @vhannah9253 Thank you very much Vera. I have always loved this song. I listened to Elvis sing it since I was a kid. And yes like many people I will never forget that August day. My brother and I almost felt like Elvis was part of the family. My Mothers family lived in Memphis and one of my Aunts lived next door to Elvis first real girlfriend, Dixie Lock. So my Mom got to know Elvis a little in 1955. In the early and mid 1970's my cousins and I would climb over the back wall of Graceland
