Hit the two cymbals at the same time (yellow pad and orange pad on ghwt kit) or (yellow and blue pad on rb kit)

ya, you can activate on any note, and it won't break combo. It's different for guitar hero world tour though. It's a little bit harder to activate.

It doesn't activates, I thought so too when i got it, but it only activates when you dont got a note which is YO
