@tony666ism usually it is only major building's i.e secure office block's or government building's or emergency building's i.e hospitals and police stations that have these kind of things i dont think you'r local liqour store will have a back up generator to power it's sign's and the traffic lights are ran by the main grid if they had a back up the full city would hence my original comment lol

yeah. I live in Queens, and the reaction of everyone in the city was actually really calm...the real riots were going ona lot of cities in other countries around this time though...
@littlealida01 i know faith/bosco just GET each other so well....i think they are like the top 10 cop partners on a show for all time.... if fred wasn't in the picture -- i use to want them to hook up but i love what they have now rather than ruin a good police item..but u can tell they do love one another very much....i like fred but he started whining too much for me and everything was on faith's shoulders -- glad he had bosco to talk to about it.
