  • what company is this that flies this aircraft

  • its a great jet, like a mercedes with wings, and you get alot of bang for your buck. but the only downside of this jet is its range

  • I flew a Citation II/III for 7 yrs...would love to check one of these puppies out!!!!...too cool

  • @mirbill22 around us$ 2,500,000

  • How comfortable is it for the four people in back?

  • the plane needs winglets to reduce sliding during turns.

  • Wow, that's an amazing jet. The wings look so low over the ground.

  • It's kind of dinky; but a good entry level jet, for a first time jet owner I suppose. I'd take one!

  • Own one, before you comment like that.

  • @swanie180 sure let me just pull a good 1.6 million out of my ass. Lol. Not a cheap jet.

  • @swanie180 If u have been in one, you have the right to comment..... he/she has, so u need to get a clue. lol no offense.

  • @bg11215 Its a very nice jet for travelling small amounts of people, Buisness jet I guess.

  • i love how this plane can download airport charts so you don't have to!

  • It actually doesnt download charts, they are already preprogrammed on a memory card that you have to update every year.

  • oh. well that sucks!

  • and what you susposed to do with v2 v2- rotate ?? control the throttle with you're nose !!!!!!!!

  • Sign me up!

  • awesome jet, just curious, why does the sound cut off in some parts of the vid?

  • because it's a bad quality camera and when making a zoom the sound is not registred

  • SWEET!!

  • wow this is a really nice jet

  • awesome vid, thanks for posting!

  • Electric planes powered by solar wings won't get you to your destination nearly as fast as a jet.

  • Judging by such a stupid comment, I'd guess you'd never be able to own one, anyhow.

  • dumb tree hugger

  • i work on these planes at the factory in independence kansas...its pretty cool when they test fly it...

  • how high can u go in one of these?

  • 51 thousand feet! :D

  • are u serious dude!!!!

  • yes totaly! :D

  • thanks man!

  • It shows the airport diagram???? I got to get me one!

  • The sound kept cutting out

  • Around 600 PPH, if you fly at flight level´s above 410 the comsuption decreases to nearly 450 PPH...

  • ICT?

  • ICT = Wichita, thats where there factory is at...

  • whats the fuel consumption per hour and ground speed?

  • How many?

  • whats the reg of the citation?

  • Almost looked like a sales flight, or perhaps for CAP. Nothing wrong with that jet at all, however I think i'd go for the CJ1 if looking for a light jet.

  • °__0

  • new generation of doctor killers has arrived

  • lol

  • hahaha

  • you said it!

  • some parts of the video are missing sound at crucial points including the takeoff engine noise after takeoff - the avionics would be very useful for operating in busy UK airspace when flying to Dublin EIDW Shannon EINN & Connaught EIKN (frequent IMC) in Ireland

  • are they talking about the indianapolis air show and mt comfort at the start of the video?

  • Looks like fun to fly. For a family plane though I think the Eclipse has it won.

  • those things are light.

    ..

  • im actually the one across from the sales rep, my dad is the pilot in this video, tim was holding the video camera, it was a great flight!

  • I'm in the Civil Air Patrol and went to Independence for a week and helped build one of these. They are a REALLY nice plane

  • helped build one of these? sure you did. Im sure your factory tour went ok

  • do your research before you reply to someone in the fashion you did

  • I was in CAP for a number of years and went on many trips. The fact you would 'help build' a CJ mustang is highly unlikely.

  • The poster was probably a CAP cadet. I'm sure Cessna let the cadets help build something in a way that was memorable.

  • generally cessna will let cap help build test plates just so they know what we go thru to build the aircraft faa and osha regulations wont allow cessna to just let anyone walk thru the door of the plant let alone "help build" an aircraft

  • Really like the high oval windows and super quiet interior. Would much rather have my family fly with a proven builder like Cessna than a start up with lots of problems like the Eclipse. Looking forward to seeing Cessna's new jet which will be compete with the big Gulfstreams!

  • Cessna has over 50% market share overall in business jets. It is easy to see why.

  • I like the Jet Mustang my self if i was rich i would get one. I build the nose and baggage out at Cessna Independence...

  • even thou cessna i known for their reliability!! in the world of VLJ i'll stay with the EMBRAER PHENOM 100 !! :)

  • I love the jet i build the wings in Independence its so cool to see how happy people are with their new jets.

  • Could we get a closer look to the cockpit ;-) ?

  • I want one

  • first thing i realize is how low the wind appears to be to the ground, second thing i notice is how much i want one.

  • The mustang is amazing,i'm responsible for wiring the Aft of the plane.

  • sweet plane! curious, is the cabin pretty noisy being so close to the engines like that?

  • nah the plane is very quiet, the engines are actually very very quiet, the room inside is pretty good a lot more than what you would expect definiltey more than the Eclipse or any other VLJ

  • I want one... Need to be richer

  • ha...I want one too. First need to stop being poor then be rich, and then be much much richer.
