I wasn't referencing this video specifically - I was commenting that, in fact, Japanese marching ensembles are more than capable of jazz running quite as far as they want holding out any note they want. If you watch a couple, their middle school marching bands outrank many American high school bands, easily. While this display might not include instruments, MrAKL's reasoning for placing American marching band above this performance is ridiculous.
