The thing that blows me away that a friend of mine who has less then twice the size arms as I do can beat me from time to time, but when we go to the gym he can barely curl 95lbs. on a Olympic bar bell and I curl 185lbs for 3 reps. lol To add to that, I bench 455lbs. and military press 275 on a smith machine and he can do barely a third of any of this..

One more question....Why is it that guys that can beat me in arm wrestling with the standard grip can beat me, but when we use a full hand grip very few of them have a chance? I bench close to 500lb.s and curl 185lbs. for reps with a barbell and use 85lb.s with dumb bells and have lost on occasion to tiny guys that have no arms and have been to the gym with me and insist they can do what I can do in the gym and find out uh uh...no fucking way! If I use a full hand grip without the thumb...I have yet to be beat!!!! No why? it's using your arm strength and less technique. FACT....
