  • nothing to prove 'ole man...doing more harm than good

  • that's not non stop, he's taking break and relaxing by locking his arms. LOL

  • @ahebrawi Hardly relaxing. Jealousy.

  • more bored than seeing this video complete

  • terrible form

  • @kingdaleclarke Why?

  • @kingdaleclarke How is that terrible form? Close hands, all the way to the floor, straight back and legs!!! This is textbook and you're one jealous motherfucker.

  • @pennthebaker hahaha jealous of him? you mad? hes a bit old haha....and your wrong the form isnt perfect he isnt contraction the muscles for enough period of time at the top and he isnt tensing enough at the bottom to get the best out of it

  • @kingdaleclarke You've just made yourself look utterly ridiculous with that comment. Yeah he's a bit old and you can't do what he can and nowhere does it state that perfect form pressups require any period of time spent at either the top or bottom of the move. In actual fact, correct form pressups merely require a straight body and the lowering of the arms to 90 degrees. This guy surpasses that massively all the while maintaining a pretty close grip. Jealousy bites dickhead.

  • @pennthebaker im alot fitter than he is im 18 you pratt, and i understand we all age and i respect his desire and that but he aint going to get any stronger or in any better shape and i know what im talking about, unlike you..look to get the best out of any exercise you need to really tense and contract the muscle

  • @kingdaleclarke What's being 18 got to do with it? I know plenty of 18 year olds who can't do 10 push ups and who are morbidly obese. Your age is no indicator of fitness. I'm a physical training instructor in the army mate, so trust me i know more than you think. On top of that this guy isn't trying to "get the best out of this exercise" he's just demonstrating his excellent upper body endurance. Look at any press up record here, no one pauses at the top and bottom they're just going for numbers

  • @pennthebaker whats your view on bruce lee? he was fit

  • @kingdaleclarke Yeah he was epic, why?

  • @pennthebaker im a fan of his he was fit i think if he was still alive he would still be in shape died at 32

  • @kingdaleclarke He would still be a legend up till he was 150 years old! The guy was incredible.

  • shit, this has to be a world record forreal. wats the world record for nonstop pushups?

  • @bb0yba0

    10 000

  • @bb0yba0 10,507 by Minoru Yoshida in Japan Oct-1980

  • this video is so good is just to exciting

  • Superflo -- La Cosa Nostra Fitness Trainer

  • Великий человек...

  • He deserves all the praise and respect he gets. There are guys on fitness boards bragging about their strength and conditioning when all they can do is 62 half-assed pushups witha barely - discernible elbow bend. Holding the pushup position for as long as this guy did, and doing every rep full-range...fantastic job.

  • Youtube is weird. It's like a group of dumbasses no matter what. On legit pushup videos, everyone's like "there's no way you did that. This video is a fake." But on this vid, I can't find more than a couple comments saying this is fake. There's no human on this planet who can stay in the front leaning rest position that long, and doing 1 pushup every 5 seconds doesn't help either. This vid is totally fake I'm sure it's just a joke. Wow, poeple.

  • @jdbigkitty75 This vid is 100% real! You can bet on it ;)

  • @aragamito2

    That's what he was saying.

  • @Draykid hmm, i`m not quite sure he said that ;)

  • @aragamito2

Have you ever heard of sarcasm?

  • @Draykid Yep, and i suggest you to read the whole comment and more carefully! If you still disagree with me you can contact jdbigkitty75 and to ask him what exactly he meant!

  • @aragamito2

    Oh, you're right. My apologies.

  • @Draykid no prob :)

  • Thats nothing i done 1000 thousand press ups in 3 hrs and 25 mins

  • @zakaslam1

Yeah, in 3 hours. This was in an hour and a half.

  • @zakaslam1 please stfu and post a vid then? thats what i thought

  • it's funny how at the end you hear him count "646" and the time was actually more like 1 hr 10 mins but those abdominals and back and legs must be made of iron. I can hardly picture myself staying 5 minutes in pushup position and this guy does it for over an hour at age 60.....respect

  • Nobody can do anywhere near that many if they go without resting at the top; everybody gets inevitable lactic buildup in the muscles that will stop them if they go that route. This method is how world records are established, and it is not f*cking easy at all to stay in that position nearly as long as he did.

  • i respect old school...

  • there are 13 young cunts who cant to 10 push ups!

  • what an animal

  • I know he is old and all, but non stop wouldn't that be without the brakes? And without lifting the hands of the ground? Just writing...

  • Why is his feet angled? Is it because of a bad back?

  • LOOK AT HIS TRICEPS!

  • @sharkrape they aint that big but they are defined, you get those easily with pushups

  • mind control ladies and gentlemen

  • Body is an amazing thing

  • @gearsofwargod9191 Yes, it is the one thing we can all have to our advantage, I pity those fat slobs I walk past everyday.

  • wtf is at 9:03

  • @PinkFloydShirt hahaahaa!!!

  • @PinkFloydShirt A big wet juicy fart.

  • @PinkFloydShirt PEPTO BISMOL! lol!

  • @PinkFloydShirt ha, i think he shit himself

  • @PinkFloydShirt his old LOLOL

  • @PinkFloydShirt sounded like he just shit his pants

  • can i see your you know what go up at age 60 too?

  • Damn, its hard for me just to get 100 i cant even imagine how hard it would be to get 895

  • omg wtf this man is insane.. how the fuck is this possible

  • wow age 60 895 push ups full wow

  • this man has an iron core. Just holding yourself up like that for 10 min is hell.

  • WOW!!!!!! Awesome muscular endurance!!!!!

  • My respects too. That is way incredible . And for those who disrespected, stay in that position for an hour and a half (you dont even have to do push ups) and tell me if it is fake and gay then.

  • my respect!!! i think i would get waaaayyyyy to bored after 1 hour and 30 mins :D

  • what supplements is this guy on?!?!?! i need some of them lol

  • so much respect

  • This man proved that age is just a number!

  • he fucking stops for 5 seconds after each one, anyone can do that!

  • @TheStonedAsian1 do it, and post the video.

  • @TheStonedAsian1 Yea, but hes 60, and doing 895 pushups in a single day is challenging let alone not being able to rest...

  • @TheStonedAsian1 holding that position causes lactic acid build up and makes it harder. kid, it's not cool to disrespect people, this shit was fuckin hard and i dont know anyone who can do over 150 pushups and this man can do 895. thats legendary. are you a child?

  • @TheStonedAsian1 ur a dumbass, staying in that position is fucking hard, even if you arent pushing, try just staying vertical, its hard.

  • @TheStonedAsian1

anyone? you do it, fucking clown. standing up on your arms like that is not equivalent to resting.

  • does his feet look aukward to any1 else?

  • @TheCrimson7272

YEA his feet look seriously awkward and its kinda wierd they remain that way through the entire thing.

  • @TheCrimson7272 why does it matter?

  • He has tech. You can twist your elbow/joint to point directly outward. When you do that, you can take the weight off of your chest, tricep, and bicep muscles. It transfers the weight from you shoulder joints to your elbow joints down to your wrists. Takes a MASSIVE amount of pressure off your MUSCLES and allows you to take a sec to recoup from lactic acid build up. If you can manage the lactic acid build up, and have decent conditioned muscles, you could do this all day long. That's his secret.

  • @SuperDonster

ah..see what um mean. just tried it. somehow takes tension off arms and muscles stay "fresh"

  • @SuperDonster, and what about the abdominals and back? Have you tried to be in that position for 15-20 minutes?

  • @MrSpartica Yes it does....jesus.wth is wrong with you.

  • far he must of been bored , i mean he didnt have music to pump himself up or something but still he's a tank :)

  • thats wrong i counted 894 pushups.

  • totally weird dude , although can't help but wonder how much his abs and back are taking the heat in this marathon.

  • 60 yo .. big respect....

  • wth? 895 push-ups nonstop

  • He's taking a break between every pushups. Technically it is not nonstop.

  • @IbombYourAss not rest at all! still in push up position which makes it harder because of the constant load on your muscles! tell you what try it then tell us truthfully how easy it was for you. vid would be a plus!

  • @zaire730 He would only put the constant strain on his arms and chest if he kept his arms kind of bent when he went up for the few second break, watch the video. He locks his elbow, elimination the strain, thus making the pushups easier. Dumbass.

  • @IbombYourAss Lmfao! your real sensitive about a 60 year old man doing more push ups than you ever could! if you've ever held a static push up hold before you'd know that holding that position maintains strain on your WHOLE BODY!!! so to you I say Fuck off!!! when you do it and post a vid debunking common knowledge amongst people who actually workout then talk shit or keep that butt hole you call a mouth closed!!!!!!

  • @IbombYourAss you fuckin do it bitch!!! Hes 60

  • one hour ? crazy

  • notice the imbalance created by being on the one foot more than the other.

  • not fake.. look at the clock, thts proof

  • excellent !

  • Anabolics or Viagra xD Admit it ya old bastard :)

  • Kids pay attention these are proper because his hands are under his shoulders! any thing else is improper

  • there's no proper or improper way of doing push-ups; any form helps develop a specific part of muscles

  • Agreed, but having your hands under your shoulders is harder, and in the army they don't except any else, there's also the style of putting your hands "completely" together too, that's the hardest!

  • @grigor27 Except for worm pushups. Lol

  • is that fake??

  • fake

  • damn superflo when I get 60 ill b happy 2 do half of what u can do

  • viagra is a one hell of a drug

  • hahaha. nice

  • @E1337Si Hahah i loled xDd rofl

  • Crazy old basterd

  • i did 50 push ups non stop but i know i could have done way more....

it just feels like your muscles want to give out on you but if you really are determined to keep going until complete failure where you cant do 1 full one anymore than you know you've done a good job on that workout

  • i can do 70 straight, and if i work at it im so sure i can do 100, mayb even 120 straight if i work hard at it, but 895? i'd have to work out this hard til im HIS age too lmao

  • the hulk can do 1000000000 push ups

  • ur stupid the hulk can only do 1 push ups because he's push the world down

  • no no no, your thinking of chuck noris, dur

  • yes it's true, locking your elbows out takes weight off of the lifting muscles and puts it on the joints tendons and mostly the bones, in effect, allowing the actual lifting muscles to rest. I do mine without locking out the elbows and with a wider grip. However given this man's age and the sheer volume without rest, this is not only impressive but is the culmination of consistent dedication over a long period of time.

then again, lock elbows deliberately like he does, does have a use.

  • well not to take anything away from him cause either way that is damn impressive, even more so for his age, but when you lock your elbows in like he does after every one it takes most of the strain off the actual lifting muscles. i guarantee if he did them repetitively without locking his elbows he would have only been able to do 200-300.. haha like i said, damn impressive. consider the average american can probably only do 20-30

  • @weeezz = lol 20-30 is so generous for the average american. lol

  • my god, this man has muscle endurance

  • good god man, i take back whatever i said on the other vid, lol i have never seen such a thing. this is just ridiculous

  • fuck that lol i can just about do 30

  • pwsh damn u fuckin suck...i can do 35...lmao

  • :) ill probly knock you out one punch so its all gooood

  • then again if you look wrong ill knock your face to the ground so you wont have time to THINK about all that...

  • how do you do so many?

I tried to do 30 once & increase my score +1 every week. That did not really work.. It was damn hard so I stopped at 50. I think

    Whats the training method?

  • The secret is keeping the posture of the body, and you will see that is almost the same thing as walking , I mean who can run fast for more than 100 meters? but so many people can walk all day long , I tried myself all this , but even if I have enough power at 240 pounds is hard to keep the posture but I can do 65 in a fast way .

  • You should increase the amount of pushups you do a day, in a row, with +1 each day. But not +5 or so .. Because then it will go too fast. (;

  • holy shitting crikey... you need a medal, not sure why, but you just do. hat off to you sir, hat off.

  • Fuckin' amazing. Perfect form, incredible stamina to even be able to stay in the front leaning rest position (That's the UP position) for that amount of time on top of doing push-ups.

You, sir, have earned my admiration.

  • fake

  • Why fake? Because you said so, or because you can`t do it?

  • fake because its pre recorded they couldve made it look like he did that

  • !t`s not fake , believe or not! This man is not a joke!

  • and btw this is not his best, watch his other vids!

  • there isnt ful proof that hes doing that many pushups

  • i know that is not fake because when i`m going for such numbers of push ups, i`m doing mine almost the same way and time

  • ok, let`s stop here!

  • okay, he is pretty strong and well-trained for being 60 years old, but comeon. You're actually pausing and resting after each pushup. how hard is that? :O

  • I'm sorry but pausing and resting are not the same. You can try it yourself. Or if you don't want to waste your time push up then just hold that elevated position for 10min, it work on your core strength a lot.

Or if you want some challenge, hold the lower position.

  • Harder than it looks. The "Up" position is what we in the military like to call the "front leaning rest".

Try staying in that position. Do it until your muscles fail. You'll then see just how difficult it really is.

  • So you claim that you can perform as good as this man here? Btw, when you gonna upload the video?

  • Wow... i used to do 150 regular + 50 diamond and i thought i was a beast cuz i had like double the amount of anyone else at my school =o

  • In my country there ain't rest while doing push up, I don't consider those beeing normal push up ...

  • agreed.

  • agreed, i kan just about do 50 but i dont pause wen i come up, i kud easly do 10 then stop but still hold my self in the upper push up position an then do anova ten n so on an i kud do that for at least 20 minutes but thats just sets of tens, i see some people pausing after every push up. i kud proply do that for 45 minutes kuz ur only really doing 1 push up, an thats why the guys u see doing that are not very muscular because what there doin is like walking 10 miles instead of jogging 5 miles.

  • Why don`t you make a video then? Show us how easy it is!

  • i sill think its amazing that this guy can do this at age 60 but he maybe wud of done more like 200 continuous push ups an also 200 continuous wud of been a better work out for him AND A LOT MORE IMPRESSIVE

  • Nice but...1h 33m ?!?!

I mean...I can probably do many hundreds myself

  • And 60 years old...

  • hes 60

  • Yes but the point is that if you train hard till you hit 50 than you'll be in good shape anyways

Of course I admire his willpower and I plan on building a strong and long lasting body for myself

  • lol k

  • Probably? Or you can?

  • 10 minutes would be enough for a proof

  • typical eastern european- we are monsters! all you silly western europeans could only aspire to be like us! none of you could offer real men like fedor emilaienko, vladimir putin, etc.

  • dont take credit for what 1 man can do

and use tht for your entire race you fuk

  • lol your an idiot dude- obviously it doesnt apply to all eastern europeans. its just that eastern europeans have a culture of being highly dicpline, warrior, and even intellectual people.

  • that sounds like your racist

if your smart youll know what racist means and its not hating some one for being 1 race its

believing your race is superior fagget

  • lol- unfortunately i cant help the fact that you are a fucking dumbass.

  • lol..?

  • @XIPM3 gsp? cain velasquez?

  • same tape all over again...

  • i think theres a clock dumbass

  • real ? if yes ...

  • If this is real, then at 60 this guy could probably kick all our lazy youtube watching asses and most of us are less then half his age lol!

  • if this is real, then this is insane

  • He is a sick motherfucker!

  • is this real?
