if you ever need to train do the hades cup and then keep doing the last 10 battles

thse last battles can be really annoying if you're under-leveled. I usually train 'till I'm at least level 60 before I go.

I still think that it's pretty weird to use Oblivion in End of the World (including final boss fight). Oblivion is a dark keyblade, and you're fighting creatures of darkness there!

If there's any holy-powered keyblade in KH1, Ansem and his Heartless army (especially Invisibles) won't stand a chance.
