@VideoGamesEpic "Blue" is a general MMO term for "rare" due to the fact that the rare items have blue text and a blue background for the item thumbnail. It's right above "Uncommon" which is green and below "Epic" which is purple. You usually get blues from raids. That's about as much as I know since I only have a level 20 trial account.
