Also I dont see the point in having a choice between 4 wheel and 2 wheel drive. 2 wheel configuration couldnt be that much faster. Great for transport around factories and other large venues/ events. There are loads of similar vehicles on the market, with a too speed of 8mph so are free to tax and while registered don't need numberplates. They're called mobility scooters and could work equally well for able people, as well as the disabled people that currently have them. Overnight charging is a pittance if you have "white meter" (cheaper at night) electricity.
