All of those trashing this video are ridiculous. This is not suppose to be an intense workout for adults, this isn't entertainment for stoners and druggies. This video is for CHILDREN! Anyone who has a kid knows they can easily be distracted. The changing backgrounds and colors keeps their attention on the workout. Unless you drug up your kids how will they know what the effects are or relate this to it. The kids I work with, as well as my own, love this. They get active and a good work-out.

At first I did not know what to think, but then as my mind slowed down and realized what all was going on I now LOVE it! What I like the most is how focused and non-distracting the entire concept and environment are. I say all that as a mother of a child with autism. I am really interested in seeing how this video will FINE TUNE her motor abilities. I will let you know how it goes!
