  • you know cops are insecure people that use to wear jogging pants and got teased at school so now they get back at people by using an abuse of power!!

  • RIP David Jay

  • Why the hell would you search through the luggage for child endangerment???? the fuck is wrong with you? if i was the head of that police force your ass would be fired and sent to jail for abuse of power.

  • wat?? child endangerment. ur kids will be pussys

  • This an abuse of power

  • the police are really getting on my last nerve......with all their overkill of power going to their heads......I watch all the cops and their over us of power on people protesting with the

    #occupy wallstreet.....

if we have a civil war don't they know...who will kill them first....the power you have cops STOP will the overkill.....before even the very good people go bad cause of all this shit

  • videotaping is child endangerment? and I would think a 13 yr old would know enough not to fall off a roof or something

  • Covering up evidence of official crimes requires diligence on the part of their police. Never consent!

  • It's child endangerment for a 13yr old to be on a rood? lol I was laying shingles at 12.

  • i think the grieving families have a right to a little privacy maybe not legally but morally

  • COPS HATE VIDEOCAMERAS BECAUSE THEY CANT FUCKING CHEAT AND LIE AS EASY AS THEY USE TO. KILL A COP PLANT A SEED

  • next time .. before you let the cops in your door ... make a copy of or upload the film to youtube ... just in case some footage gets accidently erased ;)

  • Cops always violate your rights. Use the 2nd ammendment!

  • @MysteryDru I mean take the 2nd ammendment for instance. If you own a gun legaly the police will still freak out on you and put you in cuffs just because they don't want to think that you can get it. Not just that but I am 6'1" and about 250lbs, I tower over most cops and they cuff me just because I am intimidating.

  • I never thought I would see the day when a camera has a more psychological effects than a gun.

  • At 1:34 he said even officers make mistakes. A mistake is when you misspell a word, or choose the wrong answer on a test. Police Officers shouldn't make mistakes when it comes to knowing the law and the proper way of enforcing it.

  • Cops openly lie and get away with it. Why should anyone respect that?

  • Seen defendants in State Green’s & County Orange appear before Judges whom lack neither Law License nor Law Degree. Not forgetting the unsuspected arraigned before same without knowledge of Opt-out Plan. Sadly my Barber has more State Credentials, then those Lay Justices’ that initially take a Crash Course to qualify as Judge as local Municipality’s Revenue Generating Machines; people beware of community’s local Police Dept. that also doubles as bailiffs. Johnnybagofdonets, All Rights Reserved

  • Man.... If this happened elsewhere in Southern Tier in a local yokel (Evangelical Controlled) Municipality (with Collusive Town Board Membership); Guy would have automatically received Two Years in Jail via Lay Justice. Americans must put an End to the Lay Justice System in ousting all Judges without Law Licenses. Days of Judge Roy Bean are over. Write your local State representative in abolishing Lay Justice System.

  • Wondering if a Yokel Town Judge, without Law License was involved, aka, Lay Justice. Recently NYS introduced Opt-out Plan for defendants, whom Judges have to send criminal case to State Courts; Magistrates Associations are fuming. Google: Tiny Courts of NY. Abuse of Law and Power NY Times, and watch attached Video. Need to be registered with Bar Association to Practice Law, though a Lay Justice as Full Time Cesspool Cleaner doesn’t. Good thing Lay Justices’ can’t wear Black Caps; go figure.

  • what kind of gay hat is that co conspirator wearing

  • If officers makes mistakes, that's life. If we make mistakes our asses go to jail.

  • typical bullshit

  • "Admitted to videotaping?" Since videotaping isn't an offence I'm not sure how one can 'admit' to it as thought they've something to hide.

  • why is a 13 year old on a roof dangerous? u fuckin retarded

  • Cops no longer protect our rights, they exploit them. Cops no longer protect the population from harm, instead they cause harm.

Ask yourself how many rights you have left, they are already cracking down on gun control people, why? Because they want to us to be as vulnerable as possible so that they don't encounter resistance when they take over. look up how many rights you have last in the last 10 years.

  • Child Endangerment? Weak... YOUR LOSING YOUR RIGHTS AMERICA!!!

  • The cops are now the enemy of the people and getting away with all kinds of illegal deeds. Welcome to the police state of Amerika.

  • We need laws to prevent officers from doing things like this. Not that this is an atrocity, but it is a basic case of police infringing rights.

  • @pkemrin There is laws, lol. Hell, they're in the document that forms the basis for all laws of this country, the US constitution.

  • POLICE..

  • The best cops are the dead ones.

  • @SoulShepherd84 Another criminal trolling YouTube.

  • cops are given WAY to much jurisdiction.

  • Thumbs up, if you cant wait until the People take back the Government!

  • moron fucking cops....sad but true.

  • Haha...that excuse was so priceless...well, aside from our dignity and wellbeing..

  • hey state troopers go fuck yourself

  • We really have no rights.

  • "at this point we started looking at it from a child endagerment aspect"

The good ol' "what about the children" defence. If you ever need to get people on your side, just find a way to relate it to protecting children... works every time!

  • @psteverific Just like how clinton and janet reno murdered all of those children in Waco (to protect them)!

  • @3Mudbone1 Uhhh, yeah... I don`t really want to be associated with that kind of statement.

  • @psteverific Wow! You are OUT THERE!

  • @3Mudbone1 Hey, no disrespect intended, I just don`t want to be connected to statements regarding Waco, Ruby Ridge, Michigan Militia etc. I'm not dismissing your position, or your right to voice it, it's just not my fight.

  • @psteverific Thats interesting because I didn't mention a word about two thirds of what you just mentioned. So you just did what you said you don't want to do yourself! But you did it THREE TIMES AS MUCH!

  • @3Mudbone1 Trying to be respectful, but I think it's wasted on you.

  • Comment removed

  • @3Mudbone1 Ok... say what you like... it's not like anyone respects a trolls opinion about anything anyways

  • Comment removed

  • @3Mudbone1 Awesome, I was just wondering when you'd get around to referring to me as a homosexual, and there you go... right on cue.

But throwing in incest and inferring that I am both poor and and an African American, what are you going to follow that with?

Oh, I know... you could insult my mother, or the size of my penis, or maybe criticize my punctuation and spelling... 'cuz that's not childish whatsoever!

  • Comment removed

  • @3Mudbone1 What's really hilarious about this is it all fired up because you called me a moron for saying I'm trying to be respectful towards you.

I suppose I have to eat some humble pie there... you are right, only a moron would show you any respect.

  • Pavement police at it again.

  • They are all Ego trippers..Ego is their Constitution..It was all cover up..Making sure they didn't tape the wrong thing..Everybody Fuking knows !!!

  • ny state troopers are the biggest assholes

  • Cops will arrest you for breathing air if they want something you have. We really have no rights. Mr. Police Chief says he wants something and his drones blindly follow his orders.

  • Comment removed

  • Professional dodge callers!! Troopers have no screen between the front and back seat because they ride 2 to a car. How else can one sleep and one drive?

They're mobile clerks collecting revenue for the state.

They no longer help out local law enforcement, they're to good for that. If you hear of a big time story...Troopers will be there if the cameras are...sad!!

They're not what they use to be!!!

  • Unfortunately the Federal Aviation Administration does not always communicate their regulations to law enforcement as best as they should. I have seen many a caring cop get into trouble because he/she was not aware of the regulations. The FAA does give seminars to law enforcement at times. They need to do more to avoid things like this.

  • Even officers can make mistakes....no...they can't.... that's why they're police officers it is their job to know WTF is going on and peoples civil rights

  • Even officers can make mistakes, almost all the videos on youtube are about officers abusing their power

  • @jbubblesandkids Then stop watching them and maybe watch a police hero video...i know of plenty.

  • Cops breaking the law again, man this shit gets old.

  • Video taping is no different than using your own eyes to see something. I wouldn't be surprised if they made laws to close your eyes at certain times.

    Fucking world is fucked up!

  • @WTFhuh1 You're close. They will try to use "gag" orders. You can't tell anyone what you saw.

  • @WTFhuh1 flexyourrights(DOT)com/our_DVDs/watch_DVD_clips

  • FAA is very specific about Aircraft accidents and incidents. At no time may a civilian video tape any part of an investigation. They may tape the actual accident and subsequent response, but it has to stop there. If the general public would respect aircraft and airports, pilots, passengers, law enforcement, and businesses would all benefit.

  • @AviationguyAlex I don't know if you are right about FAA rules, but if you don't interfere, I don't see how it can harm anyone.

  • @AviationguyAlex Then you have the argument FAA vs Constitution. your own civil rights and freedom or to follow a certain set of rules laid down by god knows what to protect potentially violent cops and authority and allows them to get away with said hiding of evidence or etc.

  • @AviationguyAlex Oh BS. The FAA has as much less of a right to dictate to me what to do as I have to dictate to them. I have more of a Right because I'm not a fucking corporation!

  • why o why are cops never EDUCATED in matters like this .good intentions is that reason for cops confiscate a camera? rifile thru appartment.was there a warent? was any body in danger? why wasnt the 13 year old found then and there.

  • Look at the Kanagroo Courts in NY and clear across the country. nytimesDOTcom/packages/khtml/2006/09/25/nyregion/20060925_COURTS_FEATURE.html

  • If anyone knows that they are going to be arrested, for any reason, Always Lock-Out the Keypad on Cell Phone. The cell phone on your possession is part of the arrest, cops always go through phone book & text messages, any evidence retrieved is inadmissible via locked out phone. Cell/Camera phone is a FCC/Federal regulated device ;) …Always keep cell phone keypads locked out…especially from cops…

  • Hypothetically, if video was made on a video card, and cops knock on door, take video card out of camera and sick in an addressed “stamped” envelope, then troopers will need a Federal Warrant to open envelope to retrieve video card. The postage stamp makes all the difference. Had a truck stopped from being towed from private parking lot, due to stamped mail on dashboard, postal police involved, tow truck driver pissed off...

  • What would have happened if there was a pigeon coop on the roof and the guy was flying his birds and so what if there was a 13 yr. old on the roof top, as far as I’m concerned this guy was practicing a fire drill for emergency evacuation protocol.

  • if an adult is ok to stand on a roof, then it is ok for a 13 year old. Unless there is a specific law that a 13 cannot stand on a roof, then i dont want to hear this garbage. Because it just means that officers are enforcing opinion, and not the law. IE making their own laws up. Now, was there really a 13 year old kid on the roof? i don't know. But how did the officers even judge his age from the ground. This is silly.

  • @Aetern142 It's more than silly. It's akin to getting pulled over and they just make something up to "justify" the stop. I got pulled over and the fat, donut eater said "you have no licence plate light". I knew this was wrong so I demonstrated how they worked in front of the scum bag cop. When he saw this, he said : OK, then it will be an unreadable tag". They just make shit up. Even if there was a 13 yr old on the roof, what law was being broken?

  • @Aetern142

    Very good comment…

  • I think the NY troopers were just respecting the accident and the family, kudos to the cops. People shouldn't film that stuff it aint rite

  • taking video is not illegal!!!

  • Welcome to the Republic of New York!

  • brought to you by sponsors of the buckey phillips show. NYSPD prob the most incompetent police agency in the state. Hmmmmm sounds like a prime target for budget cuts......

  • they violated civil rights... they should be penalized...

  • Cops tase children to save them.

  • its not that officers made a mistake they purposely broke the law. What next a cop shoots someone who wasn't resisting and its just called a mistake, in the world i live in if you make a mistake you have to own up to it and its consequences. But apparently that just the average person. the rich government and corporations just get a free pass because there not accountable for their actions

  • F the "MAN". Bout done with the bs.

  • typical bully cops - as soon as they know they have nothing they make up charges - intimidation by pathetic wimps

  • if u cops dont stop abusing ur powers, lying, and keep breaking the law....dont be surprise when people finally decide to fight back.

  • fukin cops nowadays are fukin stupid and should all be fired

  • obviously the ones who defend these officers are either related to one or are one honestly thanx to power bound im the law cops the rest get a bad name they are not the law they are there to up hold not be, im from texas where some of the biggest police offenses are caused and alot of state troopers get bad names due to that but you cant exclude the fact that if one fucks up the whole force tries to cover up the other ones mistake which leaves them all out to dry

  • Fuck the NYS troopers! Fucking Gustapo!

    Child endangerment my ass!

Mistake my ass the fucking gustapo is more like it.

I visited ny ONCE, I got a ticket for going 57 in a 55 by a NYS gustapo agent.

I'm from Texas, I should have shot him!

  • @w5txrmark Haha thats such bullshit. you don't get pulled over in new york state for 57 in a 55. Either you're lying or you got pulled over by the 1 cop that would do that. orrr you were a complete dick to him when he pulled you over so he gave you a ticket. You're fucked up if you say you will shoot someone for giving you a ticket that isn't even a big deal. Fudge packer

  • @w5txrmark

I hate NYSP with that, hook-em horns; lets go Yankees, lol

  • The question here is why video tape that? Respect otehrs and you deserve to be respected yourself...

  • You know why that flag was at HALF MAST? - Because JUSTICE is Dead.

  • Y'all are retarded. These people were invading the privacy of a bunch of families of deceased loved ones and the State Police looked at it as such. It was a public place, not a residence so no warrant was needed. When they went to his particular apartment he opened the door and let them in so no warrant is needed. They took the camera because it contained evidence of a disaster as well as evidence of invasion of privacy. Then the man supposedly had a child. All reports have to be checked.

  • Citizens are treated as criminals and arrested but police officers just make mistakes. Oh by the way there was a child in danger of a man filming.

  • Cops are the most dishonest people on the planet. Fuck him.

  • Cops are so retarded. Why do we allow them to police us, when I know I am more intellegent than any pig.

  • @Zbreter

    not likley

  • @H0WL1TZER Actually very likely, most cops only have a high school education. They pick that job because it's easy and takes minimal effort to sit around in a car all day. You're probably one of them.

  • @Zbreter maybe in America, but in Canada you'll find that the majority of cops have some kind of post secondary degree

  • @Zbreter departments all over the U.S. are requiring a 2 year degree dumb ass. Do some research before you run your mouth like a dip shit

  • @Allstar2905 Lol, yeah I'm a dumb-ass. I said most police police officers, not all, and I am very much correct in my statement. Why don't you do some research? Stop being such a douche bag, and get your head out ass. Don't be mad at me for your short comings, because being a pig is all you could accomplish in your pathetic little life.

  • @Zbreter most police police officers?? haha. oh and starting salary for NYSP is 62,000. after 5 years its 84,000..... not that bad i would say

  • @Allstar2905 Yes, most officers. You are giving salaries of one department as if it proves anything.

  • I guess kids aren't allowed to climb up trees either?

  • Aww maan now I can't climb on the roof. Fuck

  • woop woop...thats the sound of the police!!! woop woop...thats the sound of the beast!!!

  • People like to be policed...

If you want to be policed...go create a Third Reich...

I am fearful that our society is overpoliced...

  • It appears that the police goofed...so they try to find other ways to prosecute the man...they say that he had a 15 year old on the roof...what a lot of baloney

  • In which state did this incident occur?

  • read the title of the video you fucking moron

  • Oh fuck! A 13-year-old kid on a roof! (eyeroll)

  • Just another case of cops fucking up. And were tiring of it.

  • and im tired of dumbshits and dumbshit comments.

  • @raptorrochester

Seems to me that if the cops didn't act in an extraordinary way during extraordinary events, they would be held that they weren't doing their job. On the other hand, if more American's knew their relationship to government, and the proper way to deal with police, there would be far fewer contacts such as this. Thanks for posting, great learning opportunity.

  • @coreyeib Well please by all means tell us the proper way to deal with the police. Since when do cops have the authority just to come and TAKE personal property? That cop lied about the kid, it was a CYA move and nothing more.

  • @raptorrochester

I agree with you raptorrochester, I am sure it was CYA all the time on the part of the police. If I worked as a police officer I would probably do the same thing. I don't know exactly what to say in this situation, but it wouldn't involve 'saying' things, it would be to ask the proper questions and make the officer think before moving forward with a careless CYA move. In my experience, well thought out questions seem to have the most desired effect when in contact with police.

  • @raptorrochester NYSP live above, and create their own laws on the fly as this vid demonstrates. They are always justified by their chain of command. 60,000 police cars and we the citizens pay for their state run mafia. I cant drive 5 miles without seeing one of these tax collector hiding behind snow banks to write a ticket to justify their job. Soon we will all have our own personal bodygaurd..... Also they love to protect kids?????

  • since when waz it illeagle for kidz to b on the roof? I never heard a law like that b4

  • sue sue sue

  • The officers didn't make "mistakes", they intentionally entered a man's home without a warrant, conducted an illegal search, and unlawfully seized the man's property. Then they unlawfully destroyed images that the man had recorded.

The cops are out of control; drunk with power. They think they are the law and can do whatever they want, whenever they want, and no one can stop them. They need to be shown differently and put in their place as public servants. Sue the hell out of them!

  • Cops and the lies. When will we stop it?

  • @im1greatman i think it will be 12/ 21

  • griving families my ass

  • i have seen many kids on the roofs many times, what's wrong with that?

  • the pilot's family did not want to talk to the press, maybe the goverment forbidden it?

  • hahahahah

00:54 "We started looking at this from a child endangerment aspect"

    hahahahah

so they broke into his home, and went through his stuff?

  • These puppet cops are obvious idiots ,sue their asses

  • Sue them for what if they arrested him then he could have hired that attorney but like the lawyer himself said in the middle of a tragedy police screw up they are only human.

  • We must have way too many police. I can't believe they have time to piss around with such stupid crap. The taxpayers should be angry with these retarded cops. If I screwed around at work like that I would get fired.
