Another pointless video made by "I'm the greatest nursing student ever" students that think a job is waiting for them as soon as they get a diploma. That attitude will change once you get out there and realize that there are NO nursing jobs (and going from an RN to BSN is just a way of "buying" 2 more years). And the "attitude" of working nurses is deplorable.

You don't get to help your patients and it doesn't matter how smart you are or how much you do..you will live in constant fear of losing your license...you will be extremely stressed out. I have finally decided to open my own bakery. My other nurse friend did and makes about $85,000/year take home.
