I hate the way that Avantasia is going all pop/rock. It's just so jarring having awesome tracks like Another Angel Down and The scarecrow, only for it to be followed by the likes of Carry Me Over.

Still, they're a great band and they've produced some of my all time favorite songs, including this one!

@Kahn2580 I don't get why pop is so taboo in the metal world. Power metal has always fused pop and metal. Keeper 2 is half and half pop and metal. Listen to Dr. Stein or Carry Me Over and tell me it's metal. The pop elements are what make power metal upbeat, compelling, fun, and catchy. Without pop, power metal would jusr be normal, boring ol' metal.

omfg, is that really Roy Khan singing the second verse? D; That's what I've been told, and that's what I've read... but I can't believe it! When he first starts singing I though "Yes! That's the awsome Khan allright..." but as the verse goes on. "Oh, that's nice work Khan"... and then "OMFG, Wth, that does not sound like Khan at all!" If it really IS Khan, then his voice is above all AMAZING!! Never heard this type of song from him...

Nice. Apocalypto was really great movie. Overall, Gibson is an amazing if it comes to both Movie Making and being an Actor.
