Just some additional sites I like, Fathers and Families is an excellent (California?) based Family reform group, though it looks to stories globally. I have a great deal of respect for their accomplishments and professionalism. There are many other fathers rights groups as well globally (eg fathers4justice). news (dot) mensactivism (dot) org is a site that collects stories globally for commentary, I like it as an alternative to alerts, as it also allows comments if the article linked to doesn't.

This is not AARP or AAA dude. You can't just become an MRA, you gotta feel it in your bones that what men are being put through today is complete and utter BULLSHIT and decide that you're not going to stand for it anymore. Once you've figured out if you're MRA material, study what men's problems really are (selective service, gender bias in divorce cases, workplace deaths, etc.) seek out feminist BS and rebut their claims appropriately.

Yahoo answers. I read a lot of garbage there. I was bored and looking for men's sites that deal with real men's issues but on yahoo i mostly found the "Don't get laid much","You need to find a good woman." sort of posts. The kind of advice you need a shovel to clean up.

I must have spent 6 hours sorting out the feminist man hate sites to find one real men's chanel on youtube.

Great video, Bernard. Keep them coming. More people need to understand the duress men are experiencing in todays culture and how it is effecting our society. Since my wife left with my children, my eyes have been opened. When emotions are taken out of the equation, it is just business and men excell at business. We need to lead by example if we want equality and treat everyone with respect and expose those who don't for what they are. Great work!

I asked a liberal to give me a specific example of a job that pays men more just for having their sex organs on the outside, and he replied "most of them" (how specific, right?) and gave me a link that showed that men not only make more money, but spend more time at their jobs. I can attest that spending more time at a job usually yields promotions and raises. It has nothing to do with gender..

I was eased into the MRM from my old activism. I started as a Domestic Violence activist. After awhile, I saw how little attention feminists paid to female-on-male violence. I thought, at first, that they were just unaware, so I tried to make them aware. They just brushed off my talking points, accusing me of being a sensationalist, oversensitive or a liar. I saw this become a pattern, and I hated them more and more with every encounter. Then I found Warren Farrell, and the rest...is history.

@thinkingskeptic1 This is a good question, but I don't respect that you have unsubbed and run away before recieving an answer. My answer would be that being an MRA does not also mean that one is not also a human rights activist, because men's rights ARE human rights; however, it is also true that currently men's rights are totally ignored, even when men are actively descriminated against by LAW. Therefore it is important to specify the group that needs defending.

Just like slowplay thats how I began to notice feminism and its horror in the family courts. Not long after that I began to notice MRA's and fathers rights groups. The movement has been growing since I became aware of it but it needs to grow more in political arena's to challenge the feminist infestation. I can tell you family law in this country is rotten as is social justice for men. I dont have to tell you that the authors of such in recent years were the left. There is so much to be undone.

I feel that I was born with innate MRA tendencies as well. Before the age of 13 I was suspicious of feminism due to their call for equality on all things considered positive, but never confronted issues like the military draft being exclusive to males.
