I recently got this model am partially disappointed because i find that the attack is rather tern or dull .....of course if one is playing through huge stacks of amplifiers it comes through but if anyone else has an opinion on this subject I would appreciate hearing from you...my basis of comparison is a VOS Les Paul, a custom 22 PRS, a Nik Huber Orca and a 65 relic Start ....
@jmdb1994 depends on the guitar, i actually just like 1 musicman guitar and this is the Steve Morse Modell, but this guitar make look all other guitars like toys... to me! just my opinion! Caparison Guitars are more for the Metal Section in my opinion and the Steve Morse Guitar is versatile as nothing! Hope that helps ^^
Sweet.... I have never liked 24 fret necks for this reason. I always feel like the pickups are too bunched up under my hands. The ibanez PGM model guitars would be an exception though... the tonal range of that pickup set is inbelievable.
i loved this guitar the moment i lay eyes upon it in my local music store, it is just so cool, saw deep purple 3 days ago, they were awesome, but my favorite member of deep purple is definitely steve morse!
DanKolev, the first tune is "Battle Lines" from his Southern Steel album( CD ). The next one is a new tune.
I recommend his first album ' The Introduction ' , which came out in 1984. Also, The Dregs albums Unsung Heroes (1981), and Industry Standard (1982 ) . you'll probably find them on Ebay.
this pickup, which is dimarzio pickup... steve morse model dimarzio pickup :D :D

Which ENGL amp is to his left, when he's talking, the one that's next to the Blue Steve Morse model Music Man? Is it a Invader with a different look?
