Dr Simoni is the best,and of course you get what you pay for the problem I am a lady babyboomer just retired atter30 yrs Ihav ebeen working care giving for family members they are are gone now but Icould look better. It looks excellent, and so much less traumatic than what you'd expect. I wish this procedure was being performed in my country.

But the reality is that the skin is just being tightened over lax muscle and slipped fat layers right? Doesn't that put strain on the skin, holding all that in place? Does it involve tightening the muscles, which are the underlying problem?

What is the estimate cost of this procedure?

I have heard there are internal stitches that actually hold the muscle or tissue in place to give the "lifted" look...... how long the rusults last? I know thread lifts are not durable and the 3 out of 4 people I know had them done had theit threads breack and their muscle just droped.......what is the difference between this procedure and a therad lift? I am truly interested.

This procedure is a modification of a face lift. There are internal sutures that supports loosen fat and muscle. The result lasts for 10 to 15 years. It is not a thread lift. You are right, threadlift does not last and is waste of money and time. Simoni Lift usually costs arround 10K to 12K.

Since there is no anesthesia, you walk home right after the procedure. Most people can do grocery shopping a day after and go back to work in 5-7 days.
