@achmed909 thats because the Pens never shoot on the Power Play. Malkin has one of the best slappers in the league, Gonchar is the best point man in the NHL, and Crosby scored 51 goals this season and ALOT, and I mean ALOT, of times the Pens dont register a shot on a PP. Even people on the NHL Network talk about how the Pens need to get more shots on goal on the PP. Its become almost a joke here in Pittsburgh.

Good goal however in all honesty, That was a very shady call on Ericcson. The reason I hate this goal is because the Wings should have gotten a PP for to many many on the ice earlier (how do you miss it for 21 secs?), instead a minute later the pens get a PP and score the game tying, then of course this goal... It all favored the Pens tonite

Most analysts pointed out that the turning point of the game was the missed call 2 many men on the ice. Detroit should have been on a PP but instead Pens got a PP chance and tie it up. Had the blind refs called it right, the wings may have been up 3-1 instead of tied 2-2 in the 3rd. Wings lucked out...
