'People' consist of many individuals, all grouped in the singular, 'one'. So likewise, the trinity of God is 'ONE'. So it ain't illogical.

@shinko111 You cannot get to the Father God without believing in Jesus or going via Jesus (John14:6). Jesus is equal to God (Phil. 2:6). He said "before Abraham was, I AM" (John 8:58). Even the people testified Him saying He is the Son of God (John 19:7). The Jews understood what He meant & accused Him of blasphemy with stoning. Jesus said "there is none good but God". Yet He said "I AM the GOOD shepherd". Hence He is the good God. he also said ! I AM Alpha & Omega" (Rev.1:8-18).

The 'trinity' are the 3 distinct personalities of God (e.g. as seen in Mat.28:19; Gen.1:26; Gen.11:7). The word "one" can be either in the singular or collective plural (the latter e.g. Gen.11:6; where God said "the people IS ONE"). 'People' consist of many individuals, all grouped in the singular, 'one'. So likewise, the trinity of God is 'ONE'. So it ain't illogical.

Mark 1:1 begins with gospel of Jesus Christ (the SON of God), etc. When God says "there's non besides me" The "me" refers to the plural 'pronoun' as though it is in the singular. Jesus Himself confirmed (as also in other Bible parts) that He's the Son of God. Or was He telling lies? It was no phantom by some pagan beliefs. The star was probably an angel (as angels were often called "stars" in the bible) that God used to lead some easterners to Christ (whom they were seeking for a long time, though they did it the wrong way via astrology, God still revealed Himself to them; ain't mean God liked what they did). At Jesus' baptism, the voice of the Father, the Holy Spirit (in form of a white dove) & Jesus Christ were all present (Mat.3:16-17). The entire bible is true & correct; not some correct & others not. Also, the word 'church' is in the bible, said by Jesus Himself (Mat.16:18).
